I recently went to Walgreens to have a prescription filled, and I felt it was important to share my…read moreexperience. I take customer service very seriously, and during my visit I witnessed a challenging situation involving another customer. The individuals involved were very upset about a prescription issue. They were using inappropriate language and continued to pressure the staff to fill a narcotic prescription even though they did not have the proper insurance or documentation. The pharmacy employee assisting them, who I will refer to as Mr. Grant, handled the situation with a high level of professionalism. Despite the way the customers were behaving, he remained calm, respectful, and firm in following the proper procedures. Even when they became more aggressive and tried to intimidate him, he did not lose his composure or respond negatively. It is not easy to stay calm under that kind of pressure, but Mr. Grant showed exactly what good customer service should look like. He put safety, policy, and professionalism first without escalating the situation. I truly appreciate how he handled everything. This is the kind of service and integrity that deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Mr. Grant, for being a great example of professionalism.

There is more than one Walmart in Salisbury and I don't know if the other one is better or worse…read more But this one does tolerate overnight parking and I can definitely appreciate that. The store is untidy, understocked and the restroom was in poor condition. I had trouble with merchandise that was out of stock in the snacks, in the deli area and in the aisle of bottled water. Dismal. The parking lot was tidy and clean with no litter. The cart corrals were surprisingly not full of carts. I'd give this one a pass next time. Today, My father experienced a dental surgery where all of his teeth were removed. We ordered some items and we went to pick them up after the surgery was completed and we picked up my dad. We noticed that we forgot to order something so my mom ran into the store to get it. The woman who was supposed to give us our groceries approached my window. I was seated in the Backseat behind the driver, and my dad was seated in the passenger seat. She started peering into the window of our vehicle because i didn't notice her, which i was a little bit weirded out by this, but it wasn't a big deal. When i noticed her, i rolled down my window, and she asked for my order information. but instead of talking to me, she completely ignored me and started talking to my dad. Despite the fact that he was in no condition to be talking, and she wouldn't even let me get a word in to tell her that he probably wasn't supposed to be talking because of his surgery. She then proceeded to have my dad get out of the vehicle and load our groceries into the vehicle himself. In her defense, she asked him if he wanted to load them into the car, but she worded it in a way like it was his only choice. Also my paper bag ripped because they decided to bag a gallon of milk and a gallon of turkey hill iced tea in a single paper bag. This caused the portion of the bag that ripped off to fall out of my hands and onto the floor which caused the iced tea to spill everywhere. Honestly i'm not looking for any compensation or warning anyone because the service inside is usually pretty decent, i'm just trying to let out my anger. Thank you so much for reading this review.
