Once following a…read moreback procedure almost two years ago and I just recently finished over 10 weeks of PT after a Total Knee Replacement. The ATI team in OC, Kelvin, Molly, T and Mac are consummate professionals. I mention team because they all work cohesively and are so good at what they do. While you are assigned your own physical therapist the other PT's are aware of your situation and can assist in your progress, as well. They don't skip a beat. They make the hard work fun and rewarding. I am so grateful to have had them for my post op care. I am happy to say that with their expertise and my hard work, the new knee is working so well and has gone beyond my expectations. They took on the task of getting me ready for a trip abroad and they did in 10 weeks. Hoping it's not the case but any future needs I will definitely go to this ATI location! Thank You

I've been going to therapy at the BB location for many sessions. I have found each of the…read moretherapists to be very well trained and caring in working with all levels of patients issues. From my own perspective, I have found that if I repeat the exercises that they prescribe when we are in a session, I get much more effective results long-term. All of the therapist are well trained, and interested in making the most impact for each and every patient who visit the site. I have worked with at least four of the therapist and each one is pleasant, caring, and quite knowledgeable on how to help each patient get the maximum value out of each session. There is no doubt that you need to repeat these exercises at home continuously in order to get the maximum benefit from the entire therapy session, I would recommend the Bebee therapy location in Millville has one of the top therapy places to go for injuries.

Dr C comes in, and tells me that they ran out of the medicine for the procedure last week and they expected it on friday and did receive it. I asked him why nobody called me to re-schedule and he went off. He suggested that I allow him to do something something different instead. I said no. He proceeded to tell me that he was a doctor and he knew much more than me about the injury and he believes if I didn't do anything right at that moment, it would be my fault when it got worse. He became so disrespectful at one point, I asked him to stop speaking to me that way. "when were we suppose to call you?" friday when you didn't get the medicine in. "I am a doctor, NOT a mailman, how am I suppose to know when it will get here?!" umm, you said it was due on Friday. He was being extremely disrespectful and even my child were upset about how he spoke to me. When I left the room, the secretary told me that Dr C would no longer speak with me and he wanted to talk to my husband. Now I know people have their crappy days, but this was inexcusable. He is a good doctor and has been in the past for our family. This behavior today has caused me to never return to his office, for any member of my family.

We were greeted by an un-enthusiastic receptionist, but my husband always has a way of making people laugh, which he got her to. We filled out some paperwork and were called back fairly quickly. Waiting area was comfortable & clean. The treatment rooms were nice size and appeared orderly & clean. The technician that worked with us before the doctor came in was efficient and very personable. She helped alleviate some of the nerves. The doctor came in pretty quickly, examined my husband & confirmed he needed stitches. We were pleased with services and glad we avoided a hospital visit. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because of the lack of discharge summary & instructions, nor an itemized bill. I asked for instructions because you can't remember everything they tell you. The "excuse" for not giving out paperwork was simply, "we haven't done that since COVID". THAT makes NO sense!!
