What does urgent care even mean? If I need urgent care you would think they wouldn't sit you down to be in pain while they wait until the last second to tell you they won't do anything for you. The receptionist was extremely nasty. Bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at people. She answered the phone like she was angry that someone had called. I assure you, there are people who would be happy to even have a job but here you are rolling your eyes at people and smiling at them (for the first time) while you tell them they won't be getting any help. The way they handle business is atrocious. And judging by the reviews I see that everyone agrees.

Today they wanted me to sign a paper stating I have missed 3 appointments. They say they are not charging me but if I get one more, they will drop me. I told them that is OK, please drop me and I left. I called twice to reschedule because I woke up sick and they consider that a no show because it was the same day, really. The other was my family member was involved in a car accident, and I got the call while in the changing room, so I had to go to the hospital. I would say they are extenuating circumstances, but they're loss of a client.
