She finally called me back and apologized for not getting back with me sooner because she was out of the office. Kim has always been able to solve my issues with staff in the past and I have no doubt that my feedback was heard. She took the time to listen to me and she genuinely cared. Not only did she resolve my issue, she also scheduled an another appointment with another Dr. in the facility. I will definitely give Chesapeake Health Care another chance just because of the way Kim handled the situation. She made me feel like everything was going to be ok, and that means everything to patients, especially when dealing with health issues. I couldn't afford medications at the time and I was put down and yelled at because of it. I tried to leave the room and she blocked the door saying I would go out and make everything look like her fault. I was going through a lot and needed therapy and she wouldn't help me. I walked out crying. And traumatized... it was a while ago and I'm still hurt about it. People need to know. After that day I never went back and found a new amazing sweet doctor. And SHE CARES.
