I gave them a 3 star because the staff is excellent, but the cancellation policy sucks. I have been going there almost a year now for my knee and back pain. Today they wanted me to sign a paper stating I have missed 3 appointments. They say they are not charging me but if I get one more, they will drop me. I told them that is OK, please drop me and I left. I called twice to reschedule because I woke up sick and they consider that a no show because it was the same day, really. The other was my family member was involved in a car accident, and I got the call while in the changing room, so I had to go to the hospital. I would say they are extenuating circumstances, but they're loss of a client. read more

May 30, 2019 Dear Aqua-care, I would like to take the time out to let you know how I appreciate your professional support and training that I received from your staff consisting of Tessa and Kelly Rogers. They really treat everyone like family when you come there to visit Aqua-care on Milford Street I would truly recommend my family and friends to their facility. They really help me to my journey of getting better. I'm truly satisfied with their service of training that is provided by the staff , Tessa Doughty, Kelly Rogers. And Rate the facility a five. Well, my Step-daughter was employed there recently and went above and beyond for the company and was very well liked personally and professionally alike during her couple years there. As a 19yr. old putting in her resignation and 2 week notice in letter form on management's desk, who was not present that day, to just be told don't worry about finishing out your notice bc they took it personal is very unprofessional. That to me says alot about ownership and who they choose to run their day to day operations. I will not return under any circumstance.
