The information provided on the bill does not provide any explanation for why this amount had never previously been billed despite the fact that it's for services rendered in September (3 months ago). According to the invoice, after insurance I owed a total of 653.88 and had only paid 539.26, so I still owe $114.62. According to my bank statements, I have paid them 677.67, so based on their invoice, they actually owe me $20. Guess I'll have to call them and get berated again.

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars it started from the paramedics treated me so bad I was…read moretrying to explain to them the best way I possibly could what was going on with me on top of that I was having a full blown panic attack one paramedic smacked his teeth and said just breathe with an attitude, they got me outside in the cold I'm shaking soooooo bad pointing at the blanket they did not put it on me they made me ride like that to the hospital I'm shaking so bad and couldn't control my breathing the one paramedic asked the other for some pill to shove down my mouth at this point I became beyond terrified because I didn't know what they were trying to do, they treated my situation like it was no emergency they drove soooo slow and took the longest way to get to the hospital. Got to the hospital the the Dr asked the paramedics what's wrong they told him just anxiety (that was not the reason they just wanted to get rid of me) Dr Patrick looked at me and said why are you in the emergency room for some anxiety with an attitude, mind you I'm still on this stretcher trying breathe normal and in pain so I couldn't get my words out so Dr Patrick asked me out loud in front of everyone You still smoke weed? I mean so loud other people heard him in there room like why are you reading things off my chart to everyone isn't that a hippa violation Dr Brennan Patrick Ellis? I questioned Sara who is the office manger about how the paperwork should be submitted because Nicole misinformed me. Sarah assured me I would be fine and schedule me an appointment. I later then got a phone call from Sarah saying that Veronica thinks that it would be in my best interest to be seen somewhere else based on my medical treatment plan. I'm trying to figure out why my treatment plan wasn't studied or reviewed before my appointment was made. Veronica was supposed to get back with me about rescheduling an appointment and she never did. It's like she just didn't care about my mental health. I would not recommend this place I was taken in a circle for treatment, and I can't understand why. I know someone that works at this facility. Shes a yoga instructor and she offers classes for brown girls like me. I would love to support her and even all the other activities they offer however I was treated like scum.
