Waited in the nasty hot waiting room for forty minutes to be called back and told my insurance card couldn't be verified and they would not see me until I got a new card. What does urgent care even mean? If I need urgent care you would think they wouldn't sit you down to be in pain while they wait until the last second to tell you they won't do anything for you. The receptionist was extremely nasty. Bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at people. She answered the phone like she was angry that someone had called. I assure you, there are people who would be happy to even have a job but here you are rolling your eyes at people and smiling at them (for the first time) while you tell them they won't be getting any help. I went for a DOT physical this week at Your Docs in and worst time ever had at an office. I had all of my paperwork from my doctors in hand and the doctor that saw me was confused on what she was reading that she made me go back to my doctors office for a medication that is not even a narcotic something I have been taking since 2019 yet she kept me from getting my DOT for that reason. I had to go back to my doctor and get him to write a letter stating that the medication that I was taking did not inhibit me from driving any vehicle so when I returned, another doctor was there and couldn't understand why I had to do all of that needless to say my experience there was awful. read more

Arrived at location due to a pain in my upper throat and chest that had started about a week prior. After about an hour wait was seen by nurse practitioner. Answered all questions which seemed to me ruled out any heart issues. EKG was normal. After less than 5 minutes in the room, she then proceeded to put me on oxygen, gave me a baby aspirin(which I take daily), and ordered an ambulance to the ER. Sat in ER for 7 hours had additional tests ran there only to find out it was a reaction to an OTC supplement. Now I have over $1000 in medical bills including ambulance ride, because of an over zealous nurse practitioner. My primary agreed that an ambulance should have never been called. Learned my lesson on never going there if I want to be properly diagnosed. read more

Tidal health took.over and it shows. It used to be a good place. Now you don't even.get an.acyual doctor. It appears to be someone either just our of school or first job.and tgey are practicing on.you. I could hear them loudly discussing my case from inside the room, with the door closed ( HIPPA VIOLATION!) When I was leaving I told the practicing doctor..she said " the doors are closed" I said so was mine. Oh they also took over Alantic General Hospital. They told me they didn't have any of my records. Although i.had been.there 4 times before. Then they go through the initial here, without reading, forms. After the Incident, I went to check out. She told me it went to my chart. How can it go to my chart if you don't have my records? Shevwentbaway for a few, came back.and just printed them out. Butbwas completely clueless. How can they be so reckless with information.protected by Hippa. So it can.be assumed your info, which you signed a hippa form for, giving THAT practice, is being passed around, violating HIPPA. North Salisbury office - visit on Sunday 2/18/24 - definitely try your hardest to see your pediatrician first, I had to go to the pediatrician the next day for my 9y/o son with persistent vomiting and stomach pain after being refused to get a prescription at your docs in. Provider's response was if he gets too bad, go to the E. R. The pediatrician gave my son a prescription for Zofran and doesn't understand why he did get one from Your Doc's In. I wasted time, money and my son could've been resting at home. I thought I was doing good trying to get my son treatment to help him feel better. He got a flu test (which they wouldn't have treated anyway) and well that's it. My son vomited again in the parking lot and when we got home. Been here several times in the past and had good experiences. The care and atmosphere seems different, I will definitely consider other options in the future. read more

They sent my bill to collections and did not use my insurance which I provided at the time of service. I mailed and called them serval times trying to get this fixed just to find out they been trying to bill the wrong insurance company. While waiting to be seen they gave my insurance card and ID to a different patient. I'm now getting a call from bay receivables saying I'm going to be sued because they still have not used my insurance that I provided. I took my sick child to be seen and now they want to sue me because they're not doing their job. This place is disgusting. read more

My mom went there with bad cough and shortness of breath the blonde practitioner she didn't do any x-ray sent her home with benzonatate pills no abx bc she was covid positive my mom was so bad we called her primary and got paxlovid and an X-ray . 1.25.22 I went to this facility for a very aggressive pain in my lower leg. Entering front receptionist was very efficient, caring and professional. Wait time was minimal ( and I started to go to Hospital ER ). The initial screening assistant ( awesome ). The Provider that saw me ( Mr. Charles Bethmann ) was very knowledgeable towards explaining things to my understanding--as if he was a College Professor. I understood everything he stated regarding his medical version of this pain in my leg. Thank You Sir and for the wise conversation. This place drags their feet with everything. I had an infection and was to be given an antibiotic on Friday, the Nurse practitioner Layfield incorrectly wrote my prescription and then was out the whole weekend. I was not able to pick the RX up until 3 days later. They have no on call docs to accommodate and just overall inept. When I called to get the prescription straight on Monday the front desk lady wanted to have a nasty attitude. Its called patient care for a reason, use it. read more

When complications arose after my initial visit, I called the next day and was treated like I was a bother, and another doctor who I never saw misdiagnosed me over the phone. After care does not exist. And you get to pay for their awful service. Ended up in the ER 2 days later, to get appropriate care. They should be paying my ER bill. read more

Don't get me wrong, this is a great place to go if you don't have a PCP or don't have time to go to your PCP. The care overall is okay, I went for the flu that was going around recently. They did not take my $75 copay at the time of my visit and sent me a bill about a month after my visit. No problem, so I thought. I tried paying online FOR A WEEK!!! It never worked. I called FIVE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS trying to get a hold of the billing department to pay online. I left THREE different voicemails, all of which were never returned. At that point, I was scared to return the bottom part of the bill with my credit card info in fear they would never run it and it'd affect my credit score. I had to walk BACK IN TO THE DOCTORS OFFICE to figure out how I can pay my bill. This is RIDICULOUS!! I went in expecting a one hour wait, so being seen in 40 minutes made me feel quite lucky. The young employee at the desk spoke clearly and engaged in problem solving relevant to insurance information. I presented with a mild fever and general weakness, along with a weak appetite. Normally I wouldn't visit the doctor for such a matter, but in 2021 I am trying to do the ethical thing. I work in a medical laboratory and my wife works at a business firm, and we do don't want to put anyone at risk. I brought two thermometers, which consistanty gave me readings of just over 100 °F. The instrument the nurse had showed my temperature as below normal, so she documented the temperature from MY DEVICE. This was open minded, however if this urgent care is using an inaccurate thermometer the consequences could he grave. NOW FOR MY GRIEVANCE. I was given a covid test, something I have performed at my job. The sample was collected correctly, but I HAD TO SHOUT when the employee attempter to walk out of the room with my swab in an UNLABELED TUBE. This breaks guidelines of the CDC, CLIA, AMA, and the ASCP. I was appalled. I strongly feel that the management of this location should hire experienced consultants for additional supervision. This is one of three horror stories my family has experienced at Your Doc's In at North Salisbury. If you genuinely care about your health, go elsewhere! read more

When I arrived to Your Doc's In the evening of 6/18/2021there wasn't anyone in the waiting room. I told the receptionist I was having an allergic reaction. She than hands me paperwork to fill out ‍. Completed the paperwork, which you have to state your reason you are there. Again my reason ALLERGIC REACTION!! Does the receptionist not read? I go back up to the receptionist and asked if I could see speak to a nurse because my symptoms were worsening. She tells me she has to put my information in first . My husband was there and he could have given any additional information I left and went to Tidal Health-PRMC. Where I was seen and treated right away without needing all of my information right away. I would give Zero Stars if I could! I Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I went Sat am was told I had Thrush...NOT Contagious and given Rx for antifungal in INFANT dosage...I am an adult. Was able to see my primary on Tuesday and I actually have Strep and Shingles! Both contagious and not fungal. Wrong Diagnosis, wrong treatment, wrong dosage. Better off going to the ER next time...you may wait, but at least they wont cause more damage read more

Five stars. I refuse to give fewer stars for wait time. It's not only a good sign that so many people trust their care, but it's something they can't control. It means the docs spend time with patients. Do you really want them rushing around during your visit? If you wait over two hours for care with a sick child, it's your fault. Go to the ER if it's serious or come back. Don't complain about no free water. It's nobody's fault you're uninsured and the dr ran tests to try yo rule out a series issue and ton find the rooy cause. What ridiculous things to complain about! Dr. Zaretski was wonderful. My three children and I each had numerous things going on. Dr Zaretski was so kind and patient, especially with the upset little ones. He wound up having to give me two very painful injections for plantar fasciitis and he frequently asked if I was okay and if I needed anything. I highly recommend. read more

Absolutely terrible service. If I could rate zero stars I would. Went here for a simple DOT physical. Got it done and was told it would be faxed to my workplace. It was never faxed, so I came back. I was then met with a completely different doctor than I had previously seen. This doctor was very nice, but didn't approve of me driving for this job as I have a history of panic attacks. I accepted this and then talked to my workplace who in turn approved of me working without having to drive, so I came back to get my physical. They then only gave me one paper which was a musculoskeletal examination which I had never done. The doctors assured us it was all we needed. I took this to my workplace but it wasn't in fact what I needed, so they called Your Doc's In who told them that I had never received a physical or payed my $80 for it which I had. We called Your Doc's In once again, who eventually told us they had found the physical and would fax it to my workplace. They sent my workplace the same exact paper of unrelated tests that I had never taken. Now I'm going to a completely different doctor to get it done , and I am not even provided with a refund. If you have to go there, make sure you get proof of your procedures you had done. read more

The reason I gave them 3 stars is primarily because of the wait. We waited about 40 minutes with a packed waiting room. Once we were taken back, the experience was great. Dr. Bush was friendly and appeared as if he knew what he was talking about. The front desk ladies could have been friendlier, but the nurse and the doc was very pleasant. read more

I really wish I had read the other review before I went... I've been calling the office for three days to get an answer regarding the results of my scans. Apparently this annoys the girl at the desk, because every question I asked was met with a sigh. And I was just told to wait for a call. Again. In the mean time, I'm in a state of constant nausea and pain, never mind the anxiety that the delays are causing. Terrible! The office is super hot (great for spreading germs) their front desk staff not pleasant and they do not even have a water cooler. That might seem like a weird thing to say but every docs office I have ever been to has always had one with those little cone cups and right now water would be fantastic! We have been sitting here for 2+ hours with children screaming and no sign of relief. I brought my son for a stomach virus but I will surely be sick by the time I leave! After waiting 2 1/2 hours they called my son in and 30 mins later he came out with a bill for $204. He doesn't have insurance so they decided to run every test available to tell him he has a stomach virus. Never again!!! Please find somewhere else to go! read more

I went to Your Doc's In with hopes to get a prescrip for Z Pack. My doctor had retired in january and Z pack is the only antibiotic that will cure my yearly bronchitis the "Doc" told me that he was not going to prescribe any antibiotic and instead prescribed me the "pearl" for coughing" As many of you know this does not help if you have bronchitis. I left and two days later my illness was worse. I called and asked if he could please prescribe the antibiotic and they said "no" I went to the Immediate Med Center and found out that I had pneumonia in both lungs both upper and lower lobes. My 02 was at 81 when I was admitted to the hospital where I stayed for a week with double antibiotics flowing and liquids for dehydration. I will never go to Your Doc's In ever again! The so called "Doc" there is a joke! read more

The worse experience ever!!! I go into the office and get seen by Melissa Taylor PAC for a sinus infection. She begins to ask me if I sniff anything for there is a substance in my nostril cavity. Umm no!! After all the testing and xrays, (never any drug test) she is still insinuating that I'm on drugs. At this point in getting a little pissed. I ask her to please take a f'ing urine sample...i am not on drugs. She refuses and hands me a prescription for antibiotic and walks out. Then she walks into the hallway and begins to tell all the receptionist and nurses that I cussed her out while still saying I'm on drugs. She knew she was in the wrong and that I was going to call corporate so she was trying to make it seem like I was causing trouble. Not hardly!! I was pissed that a doctor could automatically assume that without any sort of testing. Who knows how many other people she attacks like that....Do not be seen by her, worse experience of my life read more

Worst experience ever! I walked in, doubled over in pain from kidney stones and after waiting in line to check in was handed several forms to fill out by the receptionist who acted as though she was bothered by the thought of more patients. I hobbled to a seat in pain and managed to get the forms filled out. When I brought the forms back to Ms happy I told her that I was in excruciating pain and really needed to be seen, as I couldn't take the pain any longer. She told me that there were still a lot of people ahead of me and it would be awhile! I asked if the triaged there and she just looked at me with a "I don't know what that is look". I then hobbled back to my seat and sat in severe pain and watched as they took people with coughs and sniffles back to be seen. When my wife arrived about 30 minutes later she asked if it was going to be awhile for me to be seen and should she just take me to the ER. the receptionists/nurses just looked at each other apparently trying to figure out the answer and all they managed to come up with was a slight nod! So after wasting a half hour in pain we left at went to the emergency room to be seen. What they put me through was absolutely terrible and I hope no one else has to go through that! read more

I would absolutely recommend this facility above all others; my family has made multiple visits to Your Docs In because we are always extremely pleased with the care we receive. I love that the office is open 7 days a week; their hours are conducive to our schedule. The front line staff has always been kind & courteous and my family members have always been treated quickly and appropriately. The knowledgeable providers we have seen during our visits are always attentive and compassionate; taking the time to sit and discuss symptoms or concerns or to clearly answer any questions that we may have. You can have immediate x-rays, EKG's or labs performed on-site with the results available to the providers in a very timely manner. We are always made to feel at ease throughout our visits & have never felt rushed. The facility is clean and very eye-pleasing. I love that you can pre-register online with their informative & easy to use website to save some time in filling out necessary forms. There is also a patient portal available to assist in keeping track of information from your visit. read more
