He explained every step of the way what he was doing, he was gentle, thoroughly numbed the area and was an all around calming and grounding presence. I have had really traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, so the fact that I felt really safe in his hands meant so much to me. I'd also like to shout out his assistant, Savannah. She was warm and friendly. She instantly put me at ease. Even better, she was very swift and gentle throughout the imaging process. Another point worth mentioning, they were transparent about pricing from the beginning. I find many dental offices get a bit cagey when you ask what the cost is, but, if you're paying out of pocket that's obviously helpful to know!
