I'm a new pt. Of Dr. Nave and I am more than pleased with his expertise and his caring person. I had him see my husband who had not seen a dentist in two years. My husband has Alzheimer's and is in a wheel chair. He cannot transfer out of the w/c to the dental chair. Dr. Nave and his hygienist made accommodations for these shortcomings and the results were better than I expected--Great. I highly recommend this dentist and his staff. Since i don't have dental insurance, I am self pay. The receptionist gave me a heads up as to what the cost would be and all was good. Another plus is that his office is in a convenient location, just down the street from me. read more

Dr. Nave and staff are friendly and professional, earning 4 stars. However, be CERTAIN that they are (preferred) providers for your insurance. This was not made known by Libby when I made an appointment as a new patient (-2 stars). I also received two invoices in two days (seriously? Unless I drove there and paid in person, this is a bit much). Now, instead of a zero balance, I am responsible for about half the cost of the appointment, which is over $170. Good dental care, but caveat emptor. read more

I am terrified of dentists. In fact, for years I was driving an hour and a half from home to see a dentist that i was mildly comfortable with. And then I found Dr. Nave and I will never go anywhere else again. He is the kindest, most gentle, least scary dentist I have ever met. His hygienist Becky is also patient and wonderful. They both take the time to explain what they are doing and why and are sensitive to my fear and reluctance. I literally could not recommend them more. read more

Dr Nave is just truly so wonderful. Every time I have ever visited he has offered so much care and consideration...the office runs so smoothly and efficiently, and he is so easy to trust completely. I have a mouthful of crowns, bridges, root canals...so I unfortunately consider myself somewhat expert at being a dental patient. I was recently dealing with a family situation in Easton, and needed some emergency dental work. Call after call to the doctors that were recommended yielded no one that would help me, until one of the other dentists recommended Dr. Nave. I recently switched to a full-time position at my place of employment, and i got covered with our health and dental insurance. i was told that my insurance would be effected asap. so i get a new dentist "Dr.Jared Nave" and go in as a new pt and get a cleaning service. i was told by Libby the front desk that with my delta dental insurance that i would have no co-pay for this visit. weeks later i received a bill in the mail for $300 for the visit, because i was not insured at the time of visit even though i was lead to believe that i was and had no co-pay and owed nothing for that day. so i called to talk about this bill and the women "libby" was very rude and said that she assumed that i had insurance and that she didn't check to see what was active because the internet was down. so that is not my fault that her internet was down and she did not check my insurance, when i know that she did because she told me the day of service that i had the "gold plan" and you would not know that unless you checked the insurance. read more
