He explained that there were certain things she had to do before we could move forward and schedule the extractions. The front desk staff, Shannon specifically, was also phenomenal. From the moment I called to place the appointment and asked her many questions, to when we arrived, and she helped get us checked in and settled, she was great. Very friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable and professional. This dentist is obviously very popular based on the amount of people that were there. However, even though he was running behind, the staff kept us informed and were still very efficient. But despite that, he did not rush us, and he answered all of our questions. If you need to have any teeth extracted, and you find him on your own or get a referral, I would not hesitate to reach out because it was a very positive experience, and we definitely feel more comfortable about returning when my mother is ready to have her teeth extracted.

The examination itself felt very rushed. The doctor briefly looked at my upper right tooth using a tongue depressor and spent about 5 minutes discussing possible extractions. Normally, a dental mirror is used for proper examination of teeth, so the lack of a proper instrument was concerning. I also requested an evaluation of tooth #13 (upper left), and I was told it would be included in the report. The entire visit lasted about 10 minutes. Afterwards, I had to follow up multiple times over 5 days to receive the treatment plan. When it was finally sent, even the tooth numbers were incorrect. In particular, for tooth #13, the doctor had clearly stated in person that the condition was very poor, not salvageable, and required extraction. However, in the report this was reduced to a mild statement such as: "the patient reports intermittent symptoms of discomfort associated with tooth #13." Overall, the experience was rushed, poorly documented, and disappointing due to a lack of attention to detail and communication.

I took it to Aria to get repaired and shared with them I needed it back in one week because I was going out of town on business and didn't want to be toothless. They assured me it would be repaired on time and Dr. Daniels last comment to me was "I'll stay on top if it". It did not arrive in time, and I was forced to cancel my business trip. Once it did come in (a few days late), it didn't fit properly. This experience was a total disaster. There are many dentist in the Annapolis and surrounding areas. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

So glad I selected them. Lisa Daniel was my dentist and everything from cleaning to cavity was quick and relatively painless. The front desk customer service and dental assistant were also amazing. The front desk took the initiative to double check my insurance before I arrived to ensure I was covered. Once my cleaning was done, I had to make an appointment for the cavity and they didn't have an appointment until the new year but offered to put me on a waiting list for cancelled appointments. I got a call same day that someone had canceled for the coming week. All work was quoted prior to service and final amount aligned with the pre-service quote. Highly recommend.

In my case today it was for a simple cleaning (still something I didn't look forward to). It just so happened that I found myself free from an early afternoon meeting and went to my appointment 45" early (why not get this over with). I arrived and was quickly welcomed and entered in as a new patient. I was lucky in that a previous cleaning appointment had not arrived so I was quickly shuffled into the flow and almost immediately taken back for my cleaning. I believe the Hygienist last name was Kelly. She got me set up, immediately went to work. I was very pleased with the manner she did her job. Nice attention to the small details but in a way which was gentile and not stressing me out. I was relaxed and, for a change, really enjoyed the experience. Now I'll loook forward to my next cleaning and know exactly where I'll be heading. I'll also hope to be blessed with Ms. Kelly once again as I'm sure she'll provide another spectacular experience.

First of all, I believe it was Tiffany who opened the heavy door for me when I arrived. What a huge help that always is. And the next wonderful thing was the hot blanket Stephanie covered me with to warm me up for the actual teeth cleaning which I though would be "human torture". I'm so happy to say it wasn't. It didn't last long and was not painful at all. Well just a little bit with the flossing. But I think I handled it well. Lastly, Rochelle very kindly printed out my whole history of appointments with all costs listed since my first consultation about getting my upper implants.
