What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. Once I finished my transaction we headed outside and were on our way.

For all of our recent deliveries we are wondering if they are going to show up on time, or at all. Our experience over the last couple days went like this. She placed the delivery order on Monday for an 8pm delivery, our groceries never came. Tuesday was the same, our groceries never came. Wednesday my wife needs to feed our family so she drives to the store only to wait for over an hour because half of our order was missing even when she came to pick it up. Walmart customer service was absolutely no help. Delivery orders used to show up promptly during the delivery window and now don't show up at all, unless you are willing to pay a 20% tip to the driver. Groceries are already expensive enough, I am not going to tip my driver a 20% delivery tip for a service I already pay for on a $400 grocery bill for my family of 5. Walmart is absolutely going to lose a customer with my household all because they decided to cheap out and change how they manage their delivery services!!
