We called Verizon in Millsboro to ask for an appointment for assistance. The woman who answered said, "There's nothing we can do". I asked if they could do a factory reset and the answer was still NO, can't help you. After some research on Google and some patience, I was able to factory reset the phone and sync it with another device. I was willing to pay them for their assistance. I am appalled by their horrible customer service!! They are supposed to be IT specialists for these phones. She could have at least asked a supervisor. Will take my business to another store from now on.

I had a few questions to confirm, but every time I spoke I was talked over, then told the Dr is independent and doesn't work for Walmart and hasn't taken UHC for a year. I guess somehow I should have known that? My UHC Vision Benefit does list this Walmart as participating in network.

No matter if I call or if I stop in person everyone is so willing to help and they are very knowledgeable. More than once they have gone above and beyond and especially today I felt that the provider I met with was very nice and the technician that assisted was Keva. She took her time to make sure that I was charged the correct amount even going so far as to call her manager at home to be certain that the transaction was completed correctly the first time. That attention to detail is rare unfortunately in most store interactions elsewhere. I really appreciate how kind this team is. I would not go anywhere else.
