Their broken fountain machine is not customers problem and customers should get what they pay for. They should be giving out at least bottle of water to compensate for their broken fountain machine. Management here must look into this and fix the problem and fire rude employees! Perhaps manager needs to go if he/she isn't capable of management this location.

Instead of handling it professionally, multiple employees looked over my ID like I was doing something wrong while a line formed behind me. To make it worse, a manager got involved, gave me the nastiest look, and wouldn't even say a single word to me.
