We described what we were looking for and she showed us several options. She was very patient and explained the different qualities, warranties, and delivery times. The second visit, we brought our mom and Lori was very patient with mom's limited mobility. Thank you. A few days later, my friend was in the markers for a sofa, recliner and mattress. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. Lori connected with us and asked my friend great questions for all of the products. Ultimately, my friend bought a sofa, recliner, and mattress. We went Labor Day weekend and got all the pieces on sale for a great price. I'll definitely be back with more folks.

The police were called (by my 73 year old husband and I), I had to get medical attention, the Ross Stores manager on duty at the time did not provide any assistance to me at all; no video, no incident report, no water, no chair, no call to the police, nothing! The value of the payout for the 16 items was decent for the # of items, but not for their actual worth, which was expected, I just wanted it all out of my closet! The staff were SUPER nice and so helpful. 5 stars for the staff -- the only reason I gave 4 stars was because of their surprisingly low selection on what they accepted. The store overall was VERY CLEAN and well organized! The store is pretty small (the only location I have been to), but they have a pretty wide selection. I will say that they have a much wider womens selection than they do men's, but still a lot to choose from. The prices are low / moderate for the items. I will definitely come back to shop, and possibly consign in the future. I will warn with consigning to them that they look at the manufacture date tag (usually a small white tag on the inside side of the garment), and will only take items that have been purchased within the last two years. That being said, I had a ton of NWT AE jeans that were purchased over the summer (some staple jeans still in store) and they did not accept them. The staff was incredibly rude about my return the lady at the fabric counter was arguing how was she supposed to know what I got after I gave her my receipt for some reason. The lady at checkout said she didn't know what was going on with my receipt and wanted us to give her the faulty fabric when the lady at the fabric counter had taken it. Then the manager was called and she was just rude in general no apologies about it or any friendliness whatsoever from any of them. It was only my second time at that hobby lobby. I don't plan on returning - Dover is worth the drive I guess.
