I was calling to ask a question and apparently they don't like picking up their phone pitiful indeed‍

I would rather pay 15% more at this fancy store, then to walk through a wall of cheap, stinky cigarette smoke of any of these places.

It is really sad to see what has happened to this store over the last few years. I used to love going shopping here and browsing through all of the isles. Everything used to be neat and organized and in stock. Now, clothes are on the floor jewelry is tangled and laying on the floor, shoes are mixed up and not even in the right boxes, it is total chaos. There are literally piles of clothing just mixed up and laying around different places throughout the store. I watch people who work there just walk by these things and totally ignore them as if they aren't even there. It doesn't seem like they have a group or crew of people going around and putting things back in their places so it just keeps getting worse and worse. read more

Not inclusive at all. Managers don't enforce mask rules and social distancing. They allow people to stock their shelves without masks and people who have covid but can't afford to not work still go to work and helps spread covid. read more

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable associates. the snack bar is sometimes a little late getting things going and the slushee machine often doesn't have flavors working (we have little ones who love the popcorn and slushees) but who doesn't love target!! read more

I'm a target fanatic but this one was quite disappointing. While the toy section and electronics section was nicely stocked, the food section wasn't and was quite small. The refrigerated section was very empty. Total disappointment. I wasn't able to find yogurt for my little one for our stay at a nearby Marriott. I go to this Target at least once a week. It is small and old-looking. Definitely not a super Target- it has a really small refrigerated foods section, mainly juice, milk, eggs, a few frozen dinners and ice cream. The outside looks way better than the inside. Most of the employees are pleasant, but the pharmacy employees are the highlight of the store. The snack bar is truly from the 80s. However, it's rarely crowded and you can always get in and out quickly. read more

I just walked around for 20 minutes to try to find someone to unlock the case so I could buy an iPad.. Absolutely a disgrace.

I love target. But I hate this stores customer service. If you ever have a return or exchange or anything that requires the service desk prepare to stand and wait awhile. There's never anyone there. Ever. You have to wait until someone notices you. And send another employee. So. Just. Wait. read more

Nothing bad or notable for that matter. It was pretty empty when I showed up (no one else shopping but my family. It's exactly what you'd expect from a regular target. Again I had nothing really to complain about. It's clean and everything was properly shelved. There was a smell to the store (smelled old) I can't explain it. It reminds me of old military hospitals (very specific group of people will get that reference). But we were on a road trip and we found exactly what we needed to survive the open road! read more

I'd say I go to this target 3-4 times a month, sometimes more, sometimes less. Every time I go I am hounded to sign up for a rewards card. Look, I understand it's part of their job to try and sell the card but when I say "I don't want one for personal reasons" and I am still pushed to get one that's just rude and makes me not want to shop here as often, the only reason I go here is because I can't get certain products at other places like Walmart. There's a specific older gentleman (won't say his name) who will go on and on and on about why to get the card, he almost acts upset when I say I. Do. Not. Want. One, it's like he takes it personally. I just don't want it dude! Additionally, as other reviewers mentioned, it is a very small target with no produce section (doesn't bother me much). Also, if you ever want to return something you will be waiting for quite awhile, there's rarely anyone at the desk (I've returned things 3 times and each took at least 15 minutes) Final comment, there are only 1-2 checkout lanes open at a time and when a lot of people need to check out the wait can be pretty long. read more

I went to the Salisbury Target customer service/return desk today. When I got there two other customers were in line and there was no sign of any Target staff. Finally after two of went to staff and asked for help or the manager we were able to get a cashier who was not assigned to that area to come help us. Instead of the two minutes it should have taken, it took me 15 minutes to do a simple return. The store seems pretty poorly managed. Chris K read more

This pharmacy recently changed over from a Target pharmacy to a CVS within the Target store. I never had an issue when it was a Target pharmacy. But now, it's kind of lame. This past Sunday(July 3) they had one person working there. There was some kind of issue and the pharmacist (the only person there) was tied to the phone for about thirty minutes. I walked away and did some shopping and to my displeasure, the same poor customer (who was in front of me) was still at the counter waiting to be waited on. I don't blame the pharmacist, I blame management for not having enough staff. I'm seriously thinking about changing my pharmacy. read more

This is probably the worst Target I've ever been to. From the old, small building to the unfriendly, uninterested employees. Very small grocery area unlike most other Targets that have expanded to full fresh/frozen food. Limited selection of all types of items. Doesn't carry the same brands/products like bigger Targets. Seems to be staffed by college age kids who couldn't care less and are there to goof off. Most employees are found in groups, like the 3-4 women I encountered in the baby clothes area who couldn't be bothered asking me if I needed help because they were too busy talking about going out after work. I actually had to walk away because I was just tired of listening to them. I've never seen any kind of management ...maybe if they were out there more often they would see the condition of their store. Very disappointing. read more
