Most furniture was in the warehouse, so we had to coordinate and pay for shipping. We also had an option to pick up the smaller pieces if we wanted, which was nice. A down payment was required on ordered pieces, which is typical. The pieces arrived within the cited time frame. I'm taking a star away for a delivery issue: NOT the greatest delivery coordination between the Outlet and the Retail store. Consistency, in this case, is not the hobgoblin of little minds. As with past experiences, you usually get what you pay for here. Not everything will burn a hole in your pocket and not everything will seem well-made once you get it home.

Before the delivery men put it together, I called the Johnny Janosik delivery number and was told that since customer service isn't open on the weekends (it was Saturday), they couldn't help me. My mother needed the bed within the week so I had the bed put together with the damaged headboard. It has been a nightmare ever since. Repairs/replacements are outsourced to a third party (ServeCo) who never picks up their phone. I called three times on a Friday and, each time, got a message saying "we can't take your call. Try calling back at another time." I will never shop there again.
