Jay Bond greeted us like an old friend and showed us his showroom filled with very cool and elegant furniture and decor that brought the tranquility of life by the ocean into the home. We absolutely loved his store to include the life-sized diver over his hospitality bar, also known as the dive bar. Jay and his team are not simply sales and furniture experts - they are dream engineers, eager to help craft our vision of the perfect living space. Jay's impeccable taste and genuine passion for interior design (and life) is contagious! He made the overwhelming task of selecting furniture, fabrics and styles easy. He listened attentively to our needs and preferences and ensured that every piece we selected resonated with our personal style and fit perfectly in our new home. Jay also went above and beyond to accommodate us when our new home was delayed 3 months by storing our furniture even though he had limited space during that time. He personally escorted his white-glove delivery service team and ensured our pieces were carefully delivered and placed in our home. From start to finish, his customer service is in a league of its own! Ocean Boulevard Furniture is not just a furniture store; it's a wonderful experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Jay and team to anyone seeking to elevate their living space with coastal elegance.

What I thought were sheets turned out to be a duvet cover. As soon as I realized the mistake I immediately went back to the store to make an exchange. I was met by the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation and was told all sales are final. Lexi went on to lie and say she told me at checkout what I was purchasing stating it is their policy to do so. There were 2 of us checking out, my daughter in law and I both heard Lexi say "These are standard size pillow cases, are you aware of that?" To which we both replied yes. She never mentioned the duvet, had she done so we would have realized the error immediately. The duvet was in the bin labeled Queen size SHEETS. It was an honest mistake. I was not asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. I have been buying S&L since 2009 but am sad to say they lost a good customer. Will never shop at any Serena and Lily store/outlet/online again. I reached out to Manager and customer support with no luck. The lack of respect for loyal customers begins with their corporate team and ends with local store managers. I've seen stuff in Lewes Mercantile that I've seen in other antique stores for way way less than what Lewes is selling it for. And on top of that, the employees have not been very nice to me. I once asked if they have/ever get a certain item in and both ladies working at the counter quickly snapped and said no. Like any antique store though, they do have some deals, but rarely. I am just really sad to see this and I really wish it was way better. I am totally good with giving them a second chance if they improve, as I would LOVE an antique store downtown that had some deals! It's a great place to walk around and just look, but it's very expensive for the average person. I would try other antique stores first.
