When that time passed, I called during the third week of January for my first update and was told someone would get back to me. Two days later, my salesman informed me the new ETA was another 6-8 weeks, which made it clear the order was likely never placed. I was given three different excuses for the delay, all of which sounded like nonsense--damaged container overseas, shipping issues, etc. They spent a week trying to save the sale and ultimately offered a $250 concession on a $3,600 purchase. Plain and simple, that was not enough. I gave them an opportunity to keep my business, and they chose not to. I took my business elsewhere. I will revise this review if they decide to do what's right and take care of the customer for their mistake.

We went over to their close out area of the store to see if they had tables and found a good bargain on a couch that would fit in our Sunroom, it was a bargain too good to be true so we purchased that one for our sunroom.
