The price was right, and a very reasonable delivery/setup charge was well worth it. The 2 delivery men were prompt ,arriving in the delivery window and extremely respectful to us and our home. It took only a few minutes to assemble, and they wanted me to verify the installation and see if it was where we wanted it to set. We are very happy with all aspects of the operation.

I was given three different excuses for the delay, all of which sounded like nonsense--damaged container overseas, shipping issues, etc. They spent a week trying to save the sale and ultimately offered a $250 concession on a $3,600 purchase. Plain and simple, that was not enough. I gave them an opportunity to keep my business, and they chose not to. I took my business elsewhere. The freezer did not keep my foods frozen from the day it was delivered. I called them and they came and turned it up with zero attempts to check for other needed repairs. The stove overheated from day 1. I just made my 5th phone call to get my warranty work done (all purchases come with 60 day warranty) After nearly 4 months and 4 calls, someone finally came out to look the stove, and I was told a part would be ordered. 3 weeks later, I made my fifth phone call for the same gentleman to ask me what brand it was, and a slew of other questions that he should have remembered from coming out to look at it. Im now being told to call them back once I have all this info about the stove and then they would order the part they were supposed to order 3 weeks ago after coming out to the house. REDICULOUS!!!
