We described what we were looking for and she showed us several options. She was very patient and explained the different qualities, warranties, and delivery times. The second visit, we brought our mom and Lori was very patient with mom's limited mobility. Thank you. A few days later, my friend was in the markers for a sofa, recliner and mattress. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. Lori connected with us and asked my friend great questions for all of the products. Ultimately, my friend bought a sofa, recliner, and mattress. We went Labor Day weekend and got all the pieces on sale for a great price. I'll definitely be back with more folks.

A down payment was required on ordered pieces, which is typical. The pieces arrived within the cited time frame. I'm taking a star away for a delivery issue: NOT the greatest delivery coordination between the Outlet and the Retail store. Consistency, in this case, is not the hobgoblin of little minds. As with past experiences, you usually get what you pay for here. Not everything will burn a hole in your pocket and not everything will seem well-made once you get it home.

Before the delivery men put it together, I called the Johnny Janosik delivery number and was told that since customer service isn't open on the weekends (it was Saturday), they couldn't help me. My mother needed the bed within the week so I had the bed put together with the damaged headboard. It has been a nightmare ever since. Repairs/replacements are outsourced to a third party (ServeCo) who never picks up their phone. I called three times on a Friday and, each time, got a message saying "we can't take your call. Try calling back at another time." I will never shop there again.

Salesperson advised it was a privately owned store, I normally shop at company owned stores. For example, I just purchased a serving table in PA within the last 2 weeks for $620, the same table in the the Delmar store was over $1,000, this is ridiculous price gouging. We looked at an accent piece that was $24 in Pa, it was over $100 in this store. Take your hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

The freezer did not keep my foods frozen from the day it was delivered. I called them and they came and turned it up with zero attempts to check for other needed repairs. The stove overheated from day 1. I just made my 5th phone call to get my warranty work done (all purchases come with 60 day warranty) After nearly 4 months and 4 calls, someone finally came out to look the stove, and I was told a part would be ordered. 3 weeks later, I made my fifth phone call for the same gentleman to ask me what brand it was, and a slew of other questions that he should have remembered from coming out to look at it. Im now being told to call them back once I have all this info about the stove and then they would order the part they were supposed to order 3 weeks ago after coming out to the house. REDICULOUS!!!
