I went into this store to try on some sneakers and it was so difficult to tell who was a customer and who was an employee. One of the employees had saggy jeans (meaning part of his underwear was showing), with a hat, puffer jacket and the hood on, with a lighter clipped to his belt loop. That is SO unprofessional. Not to mention, the service was terrible! I asked an employee if I could try a pair of their shoes on. She goes to the back for at least 10 minutes, comes back out, she tells us that she is going to check with her manager about the number associated with the shoe, and by the time we turn around after waiting for some time....SHE IS BACK AT THE FRONT GREETING PEOPLE. There was no update about the shoe whatsoever, there were a lot of people everywhere, and we could barely identify who was a customer and who was an employee. The quality of service that Finishline has had in the past has deteriorated so much that it is ridiculous. This place could be a lot better professionally and service-wise.

I can't believe this even happened if I was buying off fb or something ok but new from a store I should not have gotten worn shoes from . I found this place and they had a TON of options. I ended up liking their merchandise better than the stuff I saw at chain stores, because there was more variety. They helped me choose the best valued option, and the price was a good value for what I was getting.

The value of the payout for the 16 items was decent for the # of items, but not for their actual worth, which was expected, I just wanted it all out of my closet! The staff were SUPER nice and so helpful. 5 stars for the staff -- the only reason I gave 4 stars was because of their surprisingly low selection on what they accepted. The store overall was VERY CLEAN and well organized! The store is pretty small (the only location I have been to), but they have a pretty wide selection. I will say that they have a much wider womens selection than they do men's, but still a lot to choose from. The prices are low / moderate for the items. I will definitely come back to shop, and possibly consign in the future. I will warn with consigning to them that they look at the manufacture date tag (usually a small white tag on the inside side of the garment), and will only take items that have been purchased within the last two years. That being said, I had a ton of NWT AE jeans that were purchased over the summer (some staple jeans still in store) and they did not accept them. Some of this was due to their current stock, but I wanted to let everyone know! Overall it was a good experience and I'll be back!

There are a few others, such as Claire's, Hollister, and some trendy street wear clothes. Relaxed environment, not tons of people so easy to move around. Lines are not very long either. The mall itself definitely looks like it has not been updated since the 90s, though. Food court isn't anything special. Two Asian cuisine places, a Chik fil a, and a knock-off Chik fil a right next to it. There are some cute pretzel and snack places, though. Overall, it's just okay.
