There is an online catalog but she has a lot of merchandise in store. I was able to pay over the phone and she or her husband are actually dropping the gifts off as they are local to the recipients and I live close to Baltimore in Howard County. This is saving me shipping cost and the customer service is so amazing and what you'd expect and hope for in a small business. I look forward to visiting in person hopefully in the spring. They also offer private shopping appointments for those not comfortable shopping with others. Olga worked with my price range and had great suggestions. What a wonderful asset to Berlin.

Located in the Ocean City Square SC, the only specialty features of this store is a deli and bakery. There is no in-house bank, no floral or seafood departments, no coffee store inside. And due to state laws, no alcohol either which is my only inconvenience. Prices were dirt cheap compared to Hawaii, so I felt like a millionaire shopping in a thrift store, LOL! They also have their own line of generically-labeled items and a loyal customer rewards program. Aisles were fairly wide and inventory tidy and well-stocked. Friendly staff. Cashiers with no line wait for customers at the front of their lanes rather than behind the register. OVERALL: Good service and great prices!

The store overall was VERY CLEAN and well organized! The store is pretty small (the only location I have been to), but they have a pretty wide selection. I will say that they have a much wider womens selection than they do men's, but still a lot to choose from. The prices are low / moderate for the items. I will definitely come back to shop, and possibly consign in the future. I will warn with consigning to them that they look at the manufacture date tag (usually a small white tag on the inside side of the garment), and will only take items that have been purchased within the last two years. That being said, I had a ton of NWT AE jeans that were purchased over the summer (some staple jeans still in store) and they did not accept them. One of the employees had a child with her, who appeared to be her daughter. One employee was sitting on the ground sorting through underwear to organize (I'm assuming) while talking to another employee. I waited at the register to check out for over 5 minutes, and if I wasn't in need of a specific item I would have left. The employees acted as if they knew I was there, but were "busy". I worked retail for many years and I would have never thought to act that way during work hours WITH customers in the store. When one employee finally did come to ring me up, she didn't push the current store promo BOGO 50% off. I would have definitely picked out another item, but didn't see the signs until I was leaving. The moral of the story is...shop online or go to another store. The Dover store is about an hour from me, and I would go there solely because the service is way better.
