    The usual crazy busy inside, but no line outside on a Saturday afternoon.

    In the past, I have always upgraded my iPhone through my wireless carrier. My current iPhone 11 Pro Max is so old, it wasn't worth a trade-in credit, so I decided to just buy the new iPhone 17 Pro directly from Apple this time. Every time I have walked by an Apple store in a mall, it always seems like complete chaos inside, often with a line outside to even get inside the store. I decided to take my chances and purchase the new phone via the Apple Store app. The process was very straightforward. After configuring a new phone and locating a local store that has it in stock, you pick a date and a 15 minute pickup window. I ordered my new phone on a Saturday afternoon, and scheduled my pickup for the following day. After you purchase the phone through the app, the local store will hold it for you for a week. I arrived at the Los Cerritos mall Apple store around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. There was no line to get inside the store, but it was extremely busy inside. They have a person stationed at the entrance, who asks what you need and directs you were to go. I told him I was there to pick up a new phone, and he directed me to the order pickup table towards the back of the store. I only had to wait a few minutes and a gentleman scanned the order receipt QR code on from my phone and said to hang out for a bit. Less than five minutes later, he returned with my new iPhone box and he handed me over to Nataly to finalize everything. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, as I asked her several questions while she was finalizing my pickup. I told her I also wanted to purchase a screen protector and 45 watt charger block which only took a few extra minutes. She also installed the screen protector for me. As packed as the store was inside, there were many Apple employees visible and engaged with customers. They all seemed energetic and unfrazzled by the chaos. My whole time in the store from entry to walking out with my new phone, screen protector installed, and charging block was no more than 15 to 20 minutes. I had a very positive experience, and would definitely recommend this method of purchasing a new device.

    I thought I broke my glass screen because it was uneven on the bottom and scratched me every time I used it because I had dropped it before. There wasn't much of a wait for an associate, considering that this is an Apple store. The man waiting on us, took off my phone case and peeled off the screen protector. The glass under it was perfectly OK, so I just needed a new screen protector. I was very happy that it was taken care of so fast and wasn't super expensive. Now, when I swipe up, I don't feel like I'm going to cut my thumb.

    Went to this store for a gift for my wife. She wanted the new iPad as the one that she was using was 2nd generation and it was time. We were surprised at the store was not too busy because it was Presidents' Day . Like all Apple stores, this one is wide open air and clean . The Apple representative, his name, I believe, was Pedro was very very helpful. He explained the differences between iPad, Pro and iPad Air. He also recommended that we come back and sit in the training classes that they offer throughout the day . This Cerritos Apple Store is one that we will continue to buy our Apple products from.

    The good thing about this store it being the nearest one for many people in the area is that it's convenient. However, the BAD thing about its location is that it's a cluttered mess with the employees. It's difficult to determine who is doing what and who can assist you. Customers simply want to buy a simple charger, a case, and they have to wait over half an hour when you sign in then wait some more until you're called. Even just picking up a paid in full item at the store takes half an hour if you're lucky. I checked in with the Genius Bar after I picked up my paid in full online order/item to purchase a case and I was told it would take five minutes. I guess Apple time is 40 minutes. Corporate really needs to conduct a surprise audit of that store.

    They cancelled it! I think, every time there is a new purchase by a customer, there should be a training class for those who wanted it.

I checked, waited till my name was called Robert mispronounced my name (no big deal) I corrected him and he proceeded to say it wrong again on purpose with a shoulder shrug. Next I am trying to exchange my equipment and he tells me they don't have it in the store, so I ask if he can have it delivered to my home he immediately tells me no and that I can call customer service, it didn't make sense to me so I ask why, he says it's not a service they do in store I know this is untrue because I've done this in the past when I was informed they didn't have the equipment. So I ask to speak to the manager and after I explain the situation I am informed that Robert can assist with sending the equipment to my home. I inform the manager that Robert said he couldn't. So Robert assist with sending the equipment to my home I ask for a confirmation number once again Robert doesn't want to do his job and he tells me I can get it offline. This is not the experience I expected in store. This is also why most ppl prefer doing everything online. This is also why I will be also calling corporate and continuing my complaint, I didn't come on my lunch break to be provided rude unsatisfactory service when all I needed was to swap my equipment out so I can use the internet I pay for. The manager was nice and effective in assisting me, however if Robert is still at this location I will not be returning he needs a lot of training.

I've been to many many different cellular stores, and by far, David was an exceptional employee who provided the best customer service and results for myself and my mother in law. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. Also for heads up for the owner at Sunset Cellular! I hope you are paying Mr. David well. He is an exceptional employee! I honestly thought he was the owner since he had such knowledge and provided exceptional customer service :) Thank you David for all your awesome help and I'm happy to be getting $460 trade in credit for that old iphone 7! :)

It's Korean owned but they all speak English fluently so no need to worry about language barriers. They have the newest versions of iPhones and Samsung phones. They also sell chargers, cases and screen protectors. They're located in a small plaza in between stores. If you're unfamiliar with the area it can be easy to miss.. so look for Hanmi Bank cause it's behind it.

I downloaded the Try Cricket app on my iPhone and tested it out with my then-current provider. I was convinced to switch to Cricket after I tried using my cell phone in my church's basement level (we are meeting there temporarily until the church's roof can be refurbished). My then-current provider had NO signal at all, yet Cricket still had a signal, even though it showed one signal bar on my phone. I then switched later that week online, after which I received an email notifying me that it would take 2 business days to switch over. I had seen the Cricket Wireless store adjacent to the Walmart on South Street, so I decided to stop by to see if they could speed up the process of getting me switched over. The employee on duty, Emely, was helping other customers who were there before me, so I had to wait a short while. When she was ready, she called me over and I explained my situation with proof that I had made the switch online; I just needed to make the switch complete on my device. It was a bit of a laborious process for Emely (she was helping other customers in between), but she punched a few buttons on my iPhone and told me that I was finally switched over to the Cricket Wireless network. :-) I signed up for the $55.00/month unlimited data plan. Since I elected to have my monthly payments on auto pay, I get a $5.00 discount, so I end up paying $50.00/month. Emely was very welcoming, friendly, and patient while she got the process started in switching me over to Cricket. So far, the service is working flawlessly. I highly recommend the service and this particular Cricket store for sure.
