APPLE @ BELLEVUE Parking is available in any of their garages and parking structures, and it's completely free. It can get extremely busy especially on weekends. If you come on a weekday, it's not too bad and you should be able to find a spot fairly easily. On weekends, you will find parking, but it may take some time. There are multiple garages to choose from, but I'd recommend parking at either Macy's or Nordstrom for convenience. This was honestly one of the most uncoordinated Apple Store experiences I've ever had. I came in with a very old laptop that I've owned for several years and just wanted to do a simple trade-in for store credit. When I entered, a staff member with an iPad was coordinating customers and directing them to different areas. I was able to speak with him within about two minutes, there were only two people ahead of us. We were told to stand near the laptop section and that a representative would come help us shortly. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. No eye contact, no check-ins, nothing. It genuinely felt like no one was coming to help us at all. There were several other customers in the same situation, standing around the phone and charger areas, seemingly waiting after being directed there as well. Eventually, I flagged down a worker who told me they'd get someone to help me shortly. A manager who was helping another customer, interestingly came over to help me within a minute. The other customer he had been assisting was calling his name, and I even told him it was okay if he needed to help them first since he was assisting them. He responded by saying he was the manager and implied he could handle multiple people at once. His attitude came off a bit cocky, which was put off. At that point, I just wanted to finish the trade-in and leave. He did help me process it, and I received $165 in Apple Store credit, which was nice. Despite the credit, this was one of the most unorganized Apple Store experiences I've had. I even came on a weekday expecting it to be calmer, but it was still very packed. I'd recommend visiting a different Apple Store location if possible. If you do come here, try going on a weekday and avoid visiting during the holidays.

Waiting in line for my 1:30 appointment.

We came on needing new devices and help because one was dead. The service was incredible. Especially Angelica who was so patient with my husband helping him get his watch paired with a new phone. The techs tried to save that iPad but it was toast so we are fingers crossed cloud has most of what is needed to get the new iPad hubby got up and running. Thanks for a good experience. Finally!

This Apple Store in Bellevue Square is located upstairs near Nordstrom. There's no restroom inside the store, just shared ones in the mall. I visited to try out the newer iPhone cameras. The store is clean and the layout is easy to navigate. The staff were on point, and it's worth noting they are polite, quick to help, but not overly aggressive. It's what you expect from Apple. Great visit overall and a solid in-store experience. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendliness: Yes Would I Return: Yes JY review

Busy store. We stopped by to pick up phones, but they didn't have any in stock. We did get a watch. On another day we picked up cell phone cases. The staff was very quick to offer help. The store is average size. They have new products on display on tables around the store. On both days we stopped by, and they were giving a tutorial on how to use their product. I found this handy. My parents are older, and this kind of hands-on tutorial would have been great. On a side note, if they don't have what you are looking for in stock you can order online.

Retail stores in general get a bad rap on customer service and while everyone is entitled to their opinion, I'd like to add some context on why I gave 5 stars. I visited the store on launch day of the iphone 13 models. I had a pre-ordered the phone. I arrived in my window but was surprised to see a line out the store and around it. At first I was thinking, "what's the point of giving you an appointment window when you give it to 20 other people?" I then took a moment and thought, okay lets evaluate this on how I am treated by the actual human beings in the store. Let me just say that every interaction was a pleasant one. You could tell the employees were doing their best with the huge lines and trying to accommodate everyone's needs. In a environment such as this, you encounter all sorts of skill and experience levels from the customers who are coming in for an event like this. Personally, I would of had little patience for people who didn't realize you needed to back up your phone beforehand or bring your ID (things mentioned in the pre-order email) but as I witness these things, the Apple employees showed patience and kindness during these interactions. My interaction and transaction was pretty straight forward. I knew what to expect when buying a new phone and trading in my older one. The small talk was great while waiting for the transaction to be complete and I look forward to my next visit there (hello new apple watch).

Very nice and helpful service from SAFI today. He helped my Mom with her iPad at the Genius Bar. Much appreciated, kind and knowledgeable.

It doesn't make me feel good to be ignored, condescended to and treated like a sub human, as I was in this store multiple times.

A Plus Computer Tech - Close up laptop

A Plus Computer Tech

I returned to A Plus Computer Tech for help after spending about seven futile hours on the phone…read moreover about six days with Microsoft tech support, trying to regain use of my Outlook email account using my domain name on Office 365. John from A Plus came to my home to diagnose the problem, then set up remote access to my computer so he could work on it from the A Plus office. Over the next three days John stated in touch with me, identified the problem, and took the multiple steps needed to properly reset the access to my Outlook email. My computer now works better than ever, and for sure I'll contact A Plus from the outset for any problems in the future -- skipping the wasted time for call center help from Microsoft.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service…read more I had a very disappointing experience with A Plus Computer Tech. I brought in my 2021 MacBook Pro because the screen was broken. Before leaving my laptop, I repeatedly asked how much the repair would cost. I was told they couldn't give me an exact price until they completed a quote, and I was specifically told that the quote was FREE. They also told me there was no need to make a decision right away and that I could decide whether to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote. Two days later, they quoted me around $700. I felt that was too expensive, so I politely declined the repair and went to pick up my laptop. However, when I arrived, they suddenly demanded that I pay a diagnostic fee of over $50. I explained that I had been told the quote was free and that I had specifically asked about the cost before leaving my laptop. If I had known there would be a diagnostic fee, I would have considered my options before agreeing to leave it there. After discussing the situation, I was able to take my laptop back without paying the fee. But what happened next was completely unacceptable. One of their employees made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, "I'm sorry about your financial situation," and even called me "a dick." Seriously? This is how you treat a customer simply because they decide not to proceed with a $700 repair? I have no problem paying for a service when the charges are clearly communicated upfront. My issue is being told something is free, then being asked to pay for it afterward, followed by personal insults when I question the charge. Customers have every right to compare prices and decline a repair. That does not give employees the right to mock someone's financial situation or insult them. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this business get all fees and policies confirmed in writing before leaving their device. Regardless of their technical skills, the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

In an odd sort of way, it turned out my first choice wasn't my best choice!…read more I came across the listing and thought "OK - it's a little corny name, 'Those Tech Guys'" but honestly, if you hang around tech guys at all, you get it. I am far from a professional when it comes to IT installations, but I know enough to be dangerous. And after getting quotes to install ethernet in my 1980s circa home, one never wired for ethernet, one that just went through a significant renovation where I, in my supreme wisdom said "WiFi is great, now! Who need hardwires anymore?" was now faced with retrofitting several rooms and office with ethernet and said, this guy over here, the independent with a normal sounding company name, yeah - lets go with him! Mistake!! After schedule, and reschedule, and delays, and reschedule, we got nowhere with contractor number one. Meanwhile, Roberto and Peter at Those Tech Guys had patiently followed up several times, continued to be pleasant and professional, and AFTER I said no thank you I am going to go with someone else! So I made the dreaded call back - "So remember when I said if things change . . . " Peter was quick to jump on the phone, and walk me through things at every step. Gave me a highly competitive bid, and an install time of only a few days from when I called. They cam onsite, were clean courteous, and efficient. They played with my dog (I mean who doesn't love a bowling ball Staffy Bull Terrier mix?) and made light work of the install, and the final cost (with tip!) was even below the initial quote. This was made possible as Peter walked my home and together we found opportunities to do things more quickly, and save a few dollars along the way. In the end, I didn't choose Those Tech Guys first, but you should. No regrets here, other than I should have picked them first!

The install team, Evan and Cameron, are nice people. However, the job was subpar. Work started at 9…read morea.m. In the beginning, the team gave the impression that they were going to drop wires from the attic through soffit vents down to cameras for most of the run beside the doorbell. One of the team members had to drive back for a ladder during the job. And both finished at 5pm 16 billable hours for a 5 runs vs 6 runs and paid full price. The worst part is I was under the impression that they (during booking and pre-install) would try their best to conceal wires, but the majority of wires ended up exposed and longer than necessary. Camera down to crawl space then back up exterior wall (next to downspout) through soffit vent into attic. Vs. camera up exterior wall into attic via soffit vent. I tried contacting the team to offer to pay more to have wires rerouted to no avail. The cameras work. I'm grateful for that.
