I recommend Apex Roofing and Gutters. Our home asphalt roof, 6" metal gutters and barn metal roof were damaged extensively during the April 2021 hailstorms. All required replacement. We had invited four local companies out to bid the job. Apex left us with the best initial impression. Apex was recommended by our insurance agent and they are local to us in Georgetown, Texas. For the entire job Apex did not disappoint, going above and beyond our expectations in all aspects. Our job required 328'LF gutter replacement, home asphalt shingle replacement and metal roof replacement on our barn. There were supply challenges with all aspects of the job. Everybody in Central and North Texas were getting new roofs and gutters-never mind COVID impact on manufacturing. Finding our exact match gutters (senox metallic copper) and desired shingle colors (IKO Dynasty Sedona) locally was not possible. Bob Baker, our Apex Project Manager arranged a special shipment of the shingles from San Antonio, he later ended up driving to San Antonio to pick up additional ridge shingles to complete the job. Bob then drove to Houston to pick up two coils of 6" metallic copper for our gutters. The gutter supply company would not transfer the stock. Who else would have done this? Not only did Bob have to get on the phone and locate our materials, he made sure the materials would be onsite when needed. Bob is a true roofing and customer service professional going above and beyond in challenging situations. Bob and Apex ensured every aspect of our job was finished properly and professionally. The gutter, asphalt and metal crews were professional, tidy and hard working. They left our property clean each day through to job completion. Bob was onsite every day the three crews were here. He was in constant communication with them and me, making sure every detail of the job was addressed. WOW! These guys at Apex were incredible! If I could click the 10 Star button I would! Chris Montgomery has OUTSTANDING communication skills!!! He is a kind and patient person, professional, and has tons of knowledge! He returned my calls immediately and at worse an hour or two later, but always the same day (that's hard to find these days). I'm the type of person who is detail oriented, does my own research and asks lots of questions. If he didn't know an answer to my questions he would find the answer from a professional and qualified source promptly. He was FANTASTIC to work with! i live in one of the condos in the Mueller community and our HOA is covering the roof damage from last year's hailstorm. The HOA contracted with Apex Roofing. The project is quite large covering 5-unit condo buildings running on both sides of Simond Avenue for 2 blocks ( Berkman to Tilley. Ou building was part of the second group of building-Apex started and finished all in one day. All of the workers have been very professional and cordial during and after the huge amount of debris that had to be removed from our garden area. Adam, the owner, planned the work flows with the residents in mind providing sufficient notices so cars could be move, and only for the day of the roof replacement, and he has been on site every accessible to address any issues. I called Best Roofing in Cedar Park because I have had a leak in my roof due to an improper flashing near the chimney. The roofer that replaced my roof, Don Potter in Lago Vista, tried once to fix it but then would no longer return my calls. Best roofing had Brad Pharr of Apex Roofing contact me and he came out the next day. He properly diagnosed the problem and promised he would fix it before the next rain. He did that and I now have no leaks. Brad took me up to the roof and explained what he was going to do and why. When done he showed me the work and guaranteed the labor for 5 years. We called Apex for help with our fascia boards. They returned my call within the day and put us on the schedule that week. It happen to be raining when the workman got here to do the look-over and quote. We had a leak between the fascia and the back patio roof. He fixed this with no questions asked when I showed it to him. I was not expecting them to fix it right then, thinking they would get to it when they returned. Our insurance company inspected the roof of our new home in Kyle and threatened to cancel the policy they'd just issued because they said it needed repairs. Apex sent Corbin Brozewski over and within an hour or so he had identified the problem (which was much more minor than the insurance co. had made it sound), fixed it, and fixed another minor thing he saw that they hadn't even identified. The price was incredibly reasonable and Corbin sent me photos of the before and after for the insurer. The policy has been reinstated and Corbin is my hero! Second time consulting APEX Roofing. I had a leak in my clay tile roof. Within 24 hours, Mike was out on my roof to inspect and remedy the damage. Mike is a true professional. He clearly explained the issues (with photos), recommended fixes and costs. 2 hours later, I had a water tight roof again. During one of the large downpours recently our roof leaked, detected by water dripping through a seam over the kitchen sink. Nathan, of Apex Roofing, inspected attic and roof, and determined the cause. Because more rain was expected the next day, he came back in the early evening and repaired the roof, matching the shingles perfectly. Nathan is meticulous and takes great pride in his workmanship. I had water coming down from the ceiling in the Kitchen. I called Apex because I wanted a company in Georgetown. Brad Phar came out quickly. He examined the roof and than the attic. He diagnosed the problem as water being discharged from the air conditioner. He insisted on fixing the Air conditioner to stop the water flow into the kitchen to avoid damage to the ceiling. Than he refused to take payment since the problem was not the roof. This is real Texas hospitality. read more

Was a great experience ! Needed some leaf guards added to my gutters. Worked with Jonah River for the job. Got a prompt and fair bid for the work and did not try to oversell me, which was appreciated. They showed up on time for the installation. Once completed Jonah even came back to provide me with some drone shots for the work since could not see it from the ground. Apex replaced my roof and arranged for the replacement of siding and gutters on my house. My roof looks fabulous! I never realized how "bad" the old roof looked until the new one came in! Brad seamlessly coordinated all the work, and the work crews were professional and keep the construction mess to a minimum.
