Over the years, they have been so helpful and pleasant -- they have spent time to check the comparative rates for shipping the package I've brought in, and I've never had the slightest problem with the packages arriving as planned. So I called the business to check in and the woman was incredibly rude as I was trying to explain my question of asking if my package has been shipped...she interrupted me as I explained saying "you're not helping me out." I come to find out they sent my package with FedEx to Spokane, WA instead of with UPS to Tacoma, WA. So now the baby items I was shipping for my premature nephew are lost in a completely incorrect city because this business allowed the wrong carrier to take the mail. I am all for prioritizing family owned business but in this case please avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I had to leave work early to make the deadline. After dropping off mail at the Post Office I got to this location about 5:10. There was one employee there who was on a phone call when i arrived. Once I told told her that I was there to have something notarized, she told me the notary had gone home early. "They'll be here tomorrow." I told her that I'd called ahead and was assured that there would be able to have that service. She just said, "sorry", in a way that suggested that there wasn't much sincerity behind it. I was disappointed, since I had made the effort to reach out ahead of time. Ended up going to a nearby competitor that took care of my requirement. I didn't want to leave work again tomorrow to get this errand handled, which is why I was frustrated with the experience.
