Incompetent and rude. I dropped off a package for UPS pick up with two day air shipping. A week later, the package still had not arrived where I was sending it... So I called the business to check in and the woman was incredibly rude as I was trying to explain my question of asking if my package has been shipped...she interrupted me as I explained saying "you're not helping me out." I come to find out they sent my package with FedEx to Spokane, WA instead of with UPS to Tacoma, WA. So now the baby items I was shipping for my premature nephew are lost in a completely incorrect city because this business allowed the wrong carrier to take the mail. I've dropped off packages for FedEx and UPS here in the past where I had a label on it and it was boxed up. So the store has to do nothing since the drivers come in and grab the outgoing packages. They never seemed to have an issue. I recently tried to drop off a package with a USPS label and was told no, it would be too large they didn't have room for it. Granted, this was at 5:30pm so all pickups had been completed for the day. The kicker? I left the box in the car because i wanted to make sure they had USPS services prior to bringing it inside. Every time I called, the staff was extremely friendly and informative. They charge $15/signature and can accept walk-ins. Mail n More owner is so rude. After requesting information information, the owner that looks of I dian Ethnicity, talked over me and was condescending. I asked him not to be rude,abd he asked to do business elsewhere. This after only 5 minutes being in his store. I was shocked and left store. I walked to my car,parked across as irs a big shopping center and public parking. I then was on my phone searching for other mail centers and making phone calls. After 40 minutes in my car, I see a male come to my right car window, look inside and start taking pictures of me and d my car! I was scared thinking I was being robbed! I was confused as why this was happening, and realized probably it was because I posteda negative review on Google. This was my second time driving to this place in lieu of going to UPS store in an attempt to support a local business. And this was the second time the owner told me he couldn't help me with what I needed to be done. Today was the icing on the cake though. Horrible service. I mailed a letter I thought was overnight delivery. They gave me no receipt and failed to verify the address. They charged me 47.26 and I didn't know what I was paying for. When I got to my car I realized I had no receipt or tracking number. The package took 4 days to be delivered. Fast forward one week and I had to mail another letter to the exact same place. This time I went to UPS store. They charged me 19.00 and the same envelope was delivered in one day. When I called to question what I had purchased, the owner was rude, kept interrupting me and tried to tell me I mailed it differently when in fact I had not asked for whatever service they gave me. I have no receipt so I have no idea. I do know it costed twice as much and took twice as long to deliver. I went in here one time, and the last time, to mail a package. The person at the desk did not even look up from the computer when I walked in. I said "Can I buy some tape from you?". He grabbed some tape and threw it on the counter in a huff, did not even ask what kind I wanted. He told me the price and when I handed him my credit card he said he can't take credit cards for that price, it was like $5. So I said that I didn't have any tape for my package but that I would go get some unless he could let me borrow some of his. I mean most places even the post office tape your package for you and he had a bunch of used tape sitting on the counter next to my box. For this reason I did not think it was inappropriate to ask. But I guess it was. I could have gotten some at the grocery store right there, I obviously was out of tape and did not mind buying my own. He says "BORROW TAPE!" He grabbed my package and took the label and paperwork out of it, swiftly tore my label off its sheet and put it on the box. The he picked up his tape which was laying next to the box, I grabbed my paperwork fast and threw it back in the box and he closed it without saying anything to me and handed me the rest of my label (it had tracking on it) and went back to his computer. I asked "Is that all?" He said something like "Yeah" or "Yes", and I said "Thank You". It really upset me, he was very rude. I understand some people have personalities that are not outwardly as friendly as others but they don't mean anything by it and I am accepting of that, but this seemed to just be plain abusive and dismissive. read more

SO RUDE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went for LiveScan fingerprinting and after a week, found out that my prints were never sent. I called to see if maybe they were lost or overlooked and the owner was INCREDIBLY RUDE. He yelled at me and said that he had done his job and that my fingerprints had been sent in, that he had done his job. I asked if he could resend them and he told me the only way was to pay for them to be done again. I chose to go to a different center and got my state license within 6 days. THE OWNER LIED. I walked in to drop off a fed ex package, and I asked my guy to please provide a receipt for tracking purposes as the item being returned was if substantial value, and he just seemed so bothered and unwilling to help. Do NOT come here to get your documents notarized. Came here to get my diploma and criminal background check notarized for the sole purpose of getting them apostilled for international use. I paid $20 for the two documents and drove an hour to LA's Secretary of State Regional Office only to be laughed at by the workers for bringing in such an abomination of a document (the "notarized" document). They showed me a sample of what an official notarized document should look like which made Mail 'n More's haphazardly typed-out and stamped papers look like silly (and cruel) little jokes. Because of Mail 'n More, I frantically drove around downtown LA to find an office that would properly notarize my papers, paid for additional unnecessary parking, and then rushed back to the Regional Office with ten minutes to get the apostilling done. Worst of all, I hit rush hour traffic because of this huge time/gas-waster *shudder*. What should have been an easy process became overwhelming and stressful simply because of Mail 'n More's mistake. Serious lack of professionalism. I did get a refund after I went back to complain (and yet, they insisted that this has been their way of notarizing for a long time and that there was nothing wrong with their process; talk about a serious case of denial), gave them the samples I received from the Regional Office of what legitimate notarized documents SHOULD look like and, needless to say, I won't be back. read more

Manager/Owner was rude and would not even look away from his computer until I pressed him as to why he would not print out a receipt for shipping a Fedex priority overnight. On my recent trip to Moorpark to visit family I needed to ship a package home using a box that was purchased from Mail N More but with my own Fedex account#. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. He wasn't very helpful and when I told him that after leaving the package he came running after me and dropped my package on the ground outside his store and ripped off the shipping label. I have rented a PO Box here for several years. I have also utilized a handful of their other services. They have always been very polite, professional and helpful to me. A year ago I had health issues that prevented me from getting in and renewing my mailbox lease. They continued to keep my mailbox active during that time. Every time I have come in since, the owner has asked me about my health and business with genuine care. I really appreciate that.
