Not a great first impression. I needed a document notarized and called ahead to verify that they had a notary, and until what time I could come in for that service. I was told until 6. I had to leave work early to make the deadline. After dropping off mail at the Post Office I got to this location about 5:10. There was one employee there who was on a phone call when i arrived. Once I told told her that I was there to have something notarized, she told me the notary had gone home early. "They'll be here tomorrow." I told her that I'd called ahead and was assured that there would be able to have that service. She just said, "sorry", in a way that suggested that there wasn't much sincerity behind it. I was disappointed, since I had made the effort to reach out ahead of time. Ended up going to a nearby competitor that took care of my requirement. I didn't want to leave work again tomorrow to get this errand handled, which is why I was frustrated with the experience. read more

PostalAnnex is a excellent business service. Recently I needed my passport renewed. Clay was very well versed in what I needed to do. He had the form for me to fill out, knew how much to charge to expedite my passport as well as knowing what was needed to send the documents overnight! He even took the required photo! I got it back in 10 days!!!!! I appreciate all the other services, including having a mail box in the facility. And having a little boutique where I will buy a little something that is different. Severely disappointed by incompetent Notary Services at Postal Annex. Even worse, poor customer service from the owner (Arman?) - no response to my repeated request to connect. Their notary seal was inaccurate and was REJECTED by the SECRETARY OF STATE (I have the rejection letter to prove it) - it points to poor training, incompetence and irresponsible business personnel and owner. Resulted in days of delays, multiple trips to Secy of State office, use of alternate notary public, $1000s lost in time and expenses and even jeopardized my travel plans and real estate transaction. And in spite of communicating this - no response from the owner!! Even Secy of State told me that a refund is due from this company for this negligence. I support with pride all local businesses and there are fine ones around this - but not this one anymore! No way to treat a customer AND a neighbor! read more

The owner of this establishment is rude!! I watched her treat her employee and a 90-year-old man disrespectfully for over 30 minutes. She pushed her employee out of the way to do things and not allowing the employee to do her job. The lady the owner was helping was interrupted multiple times as the owner could not let the employee do her job. I stayed quiet and at 6 pm she turned us away as she needed to close the store. I was more upset about how she treated her employee and an old man. DO NOT SHOP HERE. UPDATE after owner replies. Please note.. I watched Sunny be rude to her own employee, a 90 year-old-man, a woman, and the customer she was helping for 40 minutes. When I got to the counter she didn't know I was there with my fiance at first and flat out told me. "I need to close the store, that man over there will need to leave," I informed her he was with me and we were waiting for 40 minutes. She then told me to leave its 6 pm and the store needs to close. That is when I yelled at her. Don't worry Sunny I went somewhere else and that man was 10000000% nicer and respectful of us. It took him only 25 minutes in total to deal with us. I will NEVER walk into your store again give you my hard-earned money. My money is precious and your company does not deserve a penny. You disrespected 4 people in 40 minutes as I watched and heard EVERY conversation. Then you disrespected my fiance and me. 6 people in 40 minutes. Sunny was very friendly and helpful, it ended up taking a little longer than I had expected due to the measurements I needed but she gladly helped me cut the decals to the correct dimensions. I have always had decent experiences here until today. On 6/2/2017 I dropped off a pre-packaged and pre-labeled item off at this location (I handed it directly to the Sunny) and a week later the package still has not been scanned or processed by UPS. I went into the store to see if they maybe had misplaced the package and I was greeted by Sunny again who this time looked up the tracking number (showed the same results as I got from UPS) and told me I must have not dropped it off. In fact she was pretty insistent that I never dropped it off. I told her that I absolutely dropped it off and asked if she could take a look to see if maybe it was misplaced. She told me no and that she does her job very well and would have scanned it if I dropped it off. I am now out a VERY expensive dress and I have no other recourse than reporting it stolen to UPS/AMAZON and I have to file a police report. read more
