I set up a time to look at this vehicle not only was he super friendly but he informed me the jeep was at the sister store in Tracy he hand delivered it for me. I fell in love with this car and Richard was able to make it work in my price range. Honestly I'm use to spending 10 hrs at a dealership. They picked a great financing company with putting minimal hits on my credit which was important to me. The whole process was awesome and quick. Because I work close to the dealership Richard picked up my car and had it detailed for me. Had a slight problem with the lift gate but they got it fixed right away. Highly impressed with everyone here!! Go see Richard Garcia for your next car!! Hopefully this jeep is my forever jeep but if I need another vehicle I will be coming back!! Thank you everyone!!

Very disappointing experience, especially since we purchased our vehicle here…read more We brought our vehicle here Saturday morning because it was experiencing dangerous hesitation/lagging when accelerating, particularly when merging into traffic. We chose this dealership because we purchased the vehicle here and trusted them to handle the issue properly. We were told the catalytic converter was the problem and that Ford would cover the repair at no cost to us. We were told the vehicle would be ready Wednesday and dropped off Thursday morning. The communication throughout the repair was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to call for updates because the dealership was not contacting us when they said they would. We also learned that an additional part had been replaced without our knowledge or authorization. That repair was covered under our extended warranty with a $100 deductible, but we were never contacted before the work was performed or given the opportunity to approve the charge/ know what was going on. When my bf questioned the $100 charge over the phone, Eric told him, "At least it was $100 and not $300." The amount was never the issue. The issue was that the work was performed without our authorization. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, we were made to feel like we should be grateful the unauthorized charge wasn't higher. Then Thursday came, and the vehicle had not been delivered because the drop-off had apparently never been scheduled on their end. My bf had to leave work early to deal with the situation. We were also concerned about whether the original acceleration problem had actually been resolved and whether the vehicle had been properly road-tested. Today, Chris, the manager who had been out yesterday, called my bf. Unfortunately, the conversation was just as disappointing. My bf explained that the issue was communication and authorization, not whether the additional part was covered under warranty. Instead of acknowledging the communication failure, Chris focused on the fact that the part was covered. He also stated that there had been no calls for updates and that things were not scheduled because they were "too busy." The only resolution Chris offered was to remove the newly installed part and put the OLD FAULTY PART BACK ON THE VEHICLE. That completely missed the point. We were not asking them to undo a necessary repair, we were asking why the repair was performed without our knowledge or authorization in the first place. What was most disappointing was the repeated lack of accountability and the rude way our concerns were handled. We were repeatedly treated as though we were the problem when we were simply asking the dealership to take responsibility for mistakes and communication failures on their end. A simple apology and acknowledgment would have gone a long way. We ultimately paid the $100 deductible to get our vehicle back. We expected much better from the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. The lack of communication, unauthorized repair, failure to properly schedule the promised delivery, and the way management handled our concerns completely destroyed our trust. We will not be returning here for service or purchasing our next vehicle from this dealership. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Met my salesman Pouria who was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy or ask for my number. I told him I would be back. When I came back I went to him and told him I wanted a test drive. We test drove 2 different vehicles with no pressure. Came back a couple days later and purchased due to the friendly staff and no pressure. Pouria is awesome and works hard to provide excellent customer service. I would trust him again and recommend him. Moe the manager was very helpful and upfront with stuff and was awesome. Gino in finance helped us get many rebates that we qualified for and was also easy to work with. Service department here is outstanding. Luke the service advisor is the best I have ever worked with and he's him regularly. Gina the cashier is always friendly and outgoing. The overall experience here was outstanding 5 stars. We will be buying from here again and continue to get service here as well. Way better than when it was winter.

Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like the name on the building changed, but the customer service didn't. My history with Winter Chevrolet wasn't great. It was bad enough that they eventually bought back one of my vehicles after it turned out to be a lemon. So I went into Delta Chevrolet hoping things would be different. I brought my 2026 Yukon in for a steering concern. My advisor made it sound like the vehicle had been worked on all day and then told me they needed to keep it overnight because they didn't have enough time to finish. The problem is that wasn't what actually happened. After reviewing the timeline, it became clear the vehicle didn't even make it into the shop rack until around 3:00 p.m. So it wasn't a case of them working on it all day--it sat for most of the day before anyone started on it. Mind you a made an appointment days well in advance to not have them over booked. I dropped it off at 0800. To make matters worse, I was verbally told they attempted the alignment multiple times and that a steering angle sensor was the issue. Yet none of that appeared anywhere on my repair order. If that's truly the diagnosis, document it. If it isn't, don't tell customers that's the problem. Accurate communication matters, especially when you're asking someone to leave a nearly new vehicle overnight. What disappointed me most wasn't that repairs can take time--I understand that. It was feeling like I wasn't being given an honest explanation about what actually happened. A little transparency goes a long way. I genuinely wanted Delta Chevrolet to be different from Winter Chevrolet. Based on this experience, I left feeling like the apple didn't fall very far from the Winter Chevrolet terrible customer service tree. To note: Lehmer's is my usual dealer for issues and repairs but due to my lack of common sense I opted to go somewhere closer since this was under new ownership. Doh!

We had a great experience with Cesar at Delta Honda!…read more We actually went in originally thinking we were going to get a Toyota, but our experience at the Toyota dealership was pretty disappointing. We didn't feel like the salesperson was very helpful or really trying to earn our business. Then we went to Delta Honda and were immediately greeted by Cesar. He took his time showing us the different Pilots they had available and answered all of our questions. What I really liked about Cesar was that he was not pushy at all. He was super easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We ended up finding a better deal at another dealership and told Cesar about it. Instead of just letting us walk away, he kept working with us and fighting to get us a better deal at Delta Honda. We really appreciated that because it showed us that he genuinely wanted our business and was willing to put in the effort. He also made the leasing process so much easier to understand. Car shopping can be stressful, especially when you're trying to figure out all the numbers, but Cesar made the whole experience pretty painless. We're really happy with our Honda Pilot and even happier with our experience at Delta Honda. If you're looking for someone who is friendly, patient, easy to talk to, and actually willing to work with you, definitely ask for Cesar! We would absolutely recommend him.

Extremely disappointed with the service department regarding my 2024 Ford Bronco warranty claim…read more My Bronco's motor failed, so we brought it to the dealership expecting support and communication under Ford's warranty process. The service representative, Mauricio, informed us repairs would take about a month and promised us an update by mid next week (around 05/13). That date came and went with absolutely no communication. By 05/18, after multiple unanswered voicemails and no callbacks, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. Suddenly, Mauricio was available to take my call. When I asked for an update, I was told the exact same thing we had been told two weeks earlier: "Ford hasn't approved it yet." I then asked for Ford's direct number so I could understand why my repairs were delayed. Mauricio provided me with a customer relations number and a repair reference number that he apparently knew would not work. After realizing I had been given incorrect information, I went into the dealership frustrated, understandably so after weeks of poor communication and feeling ignored. Instead of helping resolve the situation, Mauricio's attitude was essentially "back off and leave." I later contacted Ford Customer Relations myself and learned the truth: Ford Warranty was actually waiting on the DEALERSHIP to send photos of the motor. In other words, the delay was not Ford -- it was the dealership failing to do their part while I was repeatedly being told otherwise. Customers should not have to chase down answers, be ignored, or feel lied to. Communication, honesty, and accountability go a long way, and unfortunately I experienced none of that here. Can you imagine being of concern about your car and you're just being blankly stared at. They are also allowing their employees to perform oil changes in the parking lot and allowing paying customers to pay them in their pocket. I've seen it many times and have even been offered this "service" . I'm almost positive that these men who work here don't know what they're doing and will do/sale anything. This is by far the worst Autozone I've ever been to. Everytime I come here, it's a lack of customer service and lack of knowledge. And no empathy whatsoever. Any other Autozone the employees are happy to help and actually offer knowledge. This one never does. The Asian man definitely needs To be fired immediately. Especially if he's the manager allowing this type of service. And allowing additional services to be done without the correct procedures and warranty. I definitely will be reaching out to corporate to let them know about this experience. Because now I potentially have messed up my car at the negligence of this store.

I've come to really trust these guys. I can tell you with a lot of experience from them that they don't rip you off. They do great work. Most recently, my car had smoke coming from the engine and exhaust and instead of charging me for an expensive part from the dealership, they found the bolt that I needed from inside their shop and save me money from having to buy the entire package. They've done stuff like that quite a few times, keeping my cost low. They once had to replace my turbo and BMW was going to charge me $9700 to do it. They found a used turbo, put a three year warranty on the part and charged me $2,900. That was close to $1000 cheaper than the next cheapest guy in Antioch.
