    Delta Chevrolet... Formally known as Winter Chevrolet sold me a 2024 High Country Dually brand new when the 2024 model was released. Here we are 12,000 miles later and its been back 4 times for transmission fluid leaking out of the transfer case. First 2 times it went in, the output shaft seal was replaced. 3rd time it went in the dealership claimed it was due to the lift kit. Knowing theres THOUSANDS of trucks out here with this Cognito 4" lift kit thats never had this issue, i decided to not deal with whatever excuses they had to not do warranty work. I was then reached out to by the Service Manager Rolando. I brought the truck in and he asked that i take my current 1 star review down and that he would look further into it. Week 1 was my only update and Rolando stated that my driveshaft was too short and wont work with the lift kit which was the problem. Weird how they removed and reinstalled the same driveshaft TWICE when the seals were replaced with no notes of the driveshaft being short. Here we are 3 weeks later and back at square one with the same excuses. instead this time Rolando lied and said Cognito told him that an aftermarket front driveshaft is needed when you lift a truck. A call to Cognito along with an email confirmed that Rolando was wrong. He also stated that not having rear lift blocks can cause my FRONT driveshaft angle to be incorrect. Anybody thats mechanically inclined can tell you whats wrong with that excuse. Fluid is coming out of the transfer case output shaft seal when its not supposed to have fluid there at all apparently. Sounds like an internal issue that they dont want to fix. Lots of lies and lots of wasted time and money. $107k out the door for this truck and they cant even honor a warranty. 10 speed allison transmissions have been hit or miss since 2020 when they were introduced to the duramax platform. i wouldnt expect Rolando to know this since he came from Dodge. Dont waste your money here. They dont care about the customer or your vehicle. Out of 5 weeks being here they did nothing to fix the truck but hey they changed my oil. Whatever they can do to get money out of you. Horrible customer service from the service department. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

    I went to Winter Chevrolet for oil change today and found out the owner has sold out. They are now called Delta Chevrolet. Not sure how I feel about it. I've been bringing my car here for six years and really don't want anyone else working on it. Fortunately, when I arrived, the same team is still working there. Nothing's really changed but the name. I feel really good about seeing the familiar faces and not having to worry about someone new working on my car. They did a good job and they were fairly quick about it. Best of all there were no fingerprints left around the hood. Try to work with Dennis if you go. Very laid-back very nice guy.

    Wow! What a wonderful experience purchasing my very first 2024 C8 Corvette. Kevin and Larry were very professional and courteous through the entire purchase and when I left, I legitimately felt like I was in good hands, and if I need help these guys would not hesitate to jump in. I have had the Vette a few months now and Winter Chevrolet has been great. They've given my car the attention it's need thought the new services and taken care of me along the way. I would highly recommend Winter Chevrolet to anyone. My younger brother used to come home with a new Chevy truck once in a while back in the 90's from Winter so, I knew of the Winter name and he swore by them but, it wasn't until I purchased my Corvette from them that I fully under stood. I was forced to repeatedly chase down responses--constantly emailing and calling just to get basic updates and move the process forward. Emails would go completely ignored, and it would take multiple phone calls over several days to get any answers. We opted to pay for a BPO appraisal hoping it would increase the home value estimate. It actually came back lower, which dropped the loan amount--fine. But again, I had to initiate contact to even find that out. No communication. I was then told we had 10 days to accept the new amount. I clearly and directly confirmed over the phone with the loan agent that we were okay with the new loan amount and wanted to proceed. So imagine my shock when I received a notification 10 days later that our loan was denied because we supposedly never confirmed the new amount. I immediately contacted both the underwriter and the loan agent--no response. That was over 5 weeks ago. I've followed up since, and still, no one has had the decency or professionalism to respond. At this point, I wouldn't trust Patelco with a single cent of my money. They've shown a complete lack of competence, accountability, and respect for their clients' time. Not only have they lost my business for this HELOC, but they've lost me as a customer for life. What a truly unacceptable and disappointing experience.
