I have tried and tried to get my GAP insurance money back from them and it has been a nightmare I spoke to a finance manager over the phone and they said to go in and they would write me a check I went in mind you I live about 50 minutes away . Then the finance manager which was so rude told me I had to contact the bank I was financing with. I have gotten letters from them saying they have tried reaching out to the dealer and the dealer gives them no response. I submitted a cancellation request several months ago, and Sal assured me it had been handled. He later told me to contact Honda Finance directly. I made several calls, spending hours of my time, only to find out that the request had not been processed until months later -- and the refund I received was less than what I was originally owed.
