There were 2 guys in there today. As a woman I always feel weary going into auto shops but I had my measurements needed for my wiper blades. Upon walking in I was greeted by the worker Jaime and felt comfortable enough to share what I needed and he confirmed my measurements for me just to be sure. He walked me over to the correct aisle and gave me some time to explore which brand I wanted to purchase. He offered to fit them for me before my purchase. The brand I wanted to buy didn't have the other size so the other associate went in the back to check and found it! Jaime came back over and went outside to help me fit them. This was a great experience with wonderful customer service and knowledge. Greatly appreciate Jaime and the other associate for making my trip easy and efficient. Highly recommend read more

Man, do I hate writing bad reviews, but someone needs to have a sit down with this employee asap. My sister had a dead battery and I remembered how great it was dealing with Auto Zone (clearly not this location though). It should still be within warranty so I called the location and confirmed the battery was in stock and in warranty so we can swap it out. The guy on the phone wasn't pleasant and honestly sounded like he had an attitude, but I figured maybe they're busy and he had to keep it short. All good! We get there and it's dead and it's my sister and I in line and another lady in line. Two employees were each at their register/computer. No one greeted us (working retail or with people period... this is a huge pet peeve), but also we just stood there for like 6-10 minutes waiting to be helped. The lady behind us just left the line and went to self check out and we finally were called. I explained to the lady that I had called and confirmed about warranty and the battery and was told I can come and swap it out. She looks at the guy and said "did you take this call?" He shrugged that he didnt. Then she says "you can bring us the old battery" in which I responded "I don't know how to do that." Then she looks at Ethan the SALES AND PARTS MANAGER and he just tells her "Go Head". Anyways... he was horrible. His service was horrible. Yes, he swapped it, but he looked like he had an attitude the entire time. Reading his name tag and seeing he's a manager is embarrassing. Poor leadership. Just horrible all the way around. Prices on the shelves are not honored at the register. Just went to buy a car cover and the price on the shelf in the store showed $32, but when I checked out it came to $41. The employees snickered about it. Initially I thought it was a different item. Nope. Was the same. 2 items were priced at $32 but rang up as $41. Then the employee admitted this is common. Said only the manager could give the right price. Who of course wasn't there. After having paid for it, I immediately just got a refund after they admitted to knowingly over charging people. I had my "service engine soon"light on. I brought the vehicle to have them check what could possibly be the issue. The gentlemen at this place were so helpful. The diagnostics didn't find anything wrong so they recommended having the PCV valve checked and possibly replaced. I guess if you don't look like you work on cars getting help from the guys behind the counter is impossible. I've been working on cars for 40 years. I might wear a suit, but I do not expect to be talked down to or ignored. I hate coming to AutoZone as it is because it's such a commercial Type of auto parts place but I was just looking for a key fob battery. They display was completely empty and I asked if there was any place else to look and the gentleman behind the counter looked at me and said if it's empty, It's empty. Great customer service he said was great sarcasm. If you're somebody who actually needs assistance or doesn't know how to work on cars, I don't recommend AutoZone. Called the store and asked if they had a battery in stock and if they would install for me. The rep confirmed they do so i went to the store and meet with some guy who wouldn't stop sucking on a bottle of water. I asked if I purchased the battery if he would install it for me, he said yes so I purchased it. Once he gave me the receipt he turned around so I asked if he or someone else would help me to install the new battery.... The same rep looked outside and said no it's raining nobody is going to do it. I was like ***** that was the whole reason why I purchased it. I was on the line and in the middle of being helped by jelan ( young black American) spelling might not exactly correct two of the workers told Jelan or might be Dylan? I did not able to ask his name. He asked me if I can be on the side , I said okay but I thought it'll take a min or two , he was helping the other young black American instead of finishing my order, it took him longer helping the other guy, I realized Dylan/Jelan would have finish me first, so I got upset , at that moment I'm already complaining then Ethan? I came in to get several things for my Honda Pilot and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and really went out of their way (down to installing the headlights and high beams I bought)! I was getting ready to leave when I realized I forgot to buy a new circuit I blew while camping. The manager came out himself to see which one I needed, and informed me my car actually came with a spare. He saved me that money and even installed the spare! Wow! I visited this Auto Zone right after going to Walmart down the street and discovered that the Real Tree seat covers I had just bought at Walmart were $14 MORE than what they were selling it for here. Sent one of my parts guys in there to get a $8 thermostat, autozone guy takes the thermostat out and shows it to my parts guy. Mechanic takes everything apart and there's no gasket for the thermostat. so I call autozone and they tell me the gasket is separate and that it's $15. First off in my 10 years owning this company I have never had a gasket separate from the thermostat and second any automotive employee worth their salt wouldn't let a customer leave with out that gasket. I guess thats what happens when you hire sales employees that don't have any automotive experience. we always go to Napa or O'rileys for our parts but we're in a time bind. Never again will we use autozone, we should have just waited a hour for part delivery from a reputable company, now we have a angry customer who had to leave her vehicle over night due to the store closing for the day. read more

You will get what you need here most likely but I am not impressed with the language of the employees when they are chatting with each other when not dealing with customers. I came in May 18 around 6pm to pick up a part i ordered, I have a medical exemption and was Told to put on a mask or leave . I had no mask on me and asked nicely if they had one they can give me and was refused one, I was then told again to put on a mask or exit the store So I had to exit and have my wife go in for me. Once my wife came in they were giving her a hard time so we left to another Autozone. I was also alone in the store which made no sense. If I get refused service again for my medical exemption I will take it further with charges on the store and the employee who made me exit the store I had my part delivered to. If you're not getting what you need, just ask for Keith. He's the manager & anyone that owns a business would be lucky to have an employee like Keith. Knowledgable, personable, and great customer service to boot. He seemed genuinely happy to be at work and help with the issue with my car. His associate, Brandon was very kind and knowledgable and helped to remove my car's battery & replace it with a new one. While I was a little skeptical at first that I'd drive away with what I needed based on the 1st employee I talked to (not to be named), these three cleaned it up and I left feeling safer with my new car battery and happy with my experience. I had my battery checked FREE and they can also check your alternator and starter for FREE! I love FREE! The problem ( though it was only one year old) was a low battery. I just saw a commercial that said it has a free auto tool loan profram so that is good to know as well! I am glad I remembered these free services and it worked, bc of this and quick, friendly and knowledgeable service, makes me a customer for life! read more
