Best pizza in all of Utah! Might be the best outside of NYC! The he drive to Moab from SLC is worth it just for the pizza!

Our experience of having dinner in the outdoor patio was great. Since we went in late, we were practically the only people in the outdoor patio. The restaurant has made great accommodations for social distancing and enforcing other COVID-19 related protocols. The service was attentive and great. The pizzas were okay. read more

This is probably our favorite place on a 4000 mile trip. We stopped in on the return trip and the waitress made a special strawberry lemonade for our 4 year old granddaughter. She was wonderful. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but my family and I were very impressed with Antica Forma that I felt I needed to. The service was friendly, the food was delicious and fresh and the lunch portions were generous. At the end of our meal we were pleasantly surprised that our waiter had offered a discount for waiting. I don't feel we waited any longer than normal for freshly baked pizza. This pizza is close to greatness. Unfortunately overtopped which makes the crust soggy in the center. It needs a couple of minutes more in the wood oven for optimum crispness. Overall flavorful crust and toppings. Excellent service. Try putting the sauce on last to keep the crust crispy. read more

Everything we had was perfect.This is a perfect restaurant after a long day.. but the waitress we had and hostess were not too friendly and that's a huge factor in a dining experience .. no offer for more water on a hot day and eh service ... will come back and hope for better service read more

This place is fantastic. We were passing through Moab en route to Arches and this was the best place to eat -- especially since they are open after 9pm (unlike most restaurants in the area). My husband and I shared a pizza (12") and it was perfect for two. Easily one of the best pizzas we've ever had -- probably because of all the fresh/homemade ingredients. Fortunately, we saved room for the homemade white chocolate tiramisu, and it was amazing! Service was fantastic. Setting was lovely. Would definitely recommend. read more

Excellent neopolitan pizza. The dough and homemade mozarella cheese were the best part (sauce was slightly too salty). Service was fast and polite. The banana creme pie was a wonderful dessert option and the walnut/fig salad was another smash hit. This place has it all! read more

Food was yummy, I ordered a pizza with balsamic tomatoes and they were the bomb. Traveling from out of town it's so hard to choose. Sierra was it server she was nice, I believe the orders were checking in customers as well. My only complaint is they need to cook the pizzas a few minutes more, like 4/5. My pizza was stuffy and mushy in the middle but the flavor was good. read more

We had wonderful time at this place. This is the closest you can get to authentic Italian pizza in Moab. The pizza is simple, in the best way possible, using quality ingredients like their mozzarella (that they actually make by hand! Soo good) dough made scratch--that undergoes a daylong cold fermentation process--and those delicious San Marzo Roma tomatoes from Italy they use to make the sauce. It's clear they care about the ingredients and deliver it at a fair price. Not only does this place excel at making great pizza, they have other Italian favorites; steamed mussels, fried calamari, caprese salad and arancini to name a few appetizers. Fresh pastas, mushrooms, steak and gluten free pizza options. This place checks off all the boxes for a great dining experience--nice indoor and outdoor seating (with misters on hot days), plenty of options for food, quality ingredients, friendly waitstaff and owner ( who told us his favorite spots to eat in Moab) and all at reasonable price. Don't bother, the prices are insane for the lackluster dishes. We ordered takeout after hiking 10miles with kiddos on the trail and it was such a disappointment. All sauces were flavorless. Spaghetti and meatballs has barely any sauce and you could get better from a jar. Lasagna and chicken parm was meh, Alfredo was the most bland we've ever tasted. Had to dump tons of Parmesan cheese on it to make it palatable. Pizza crust was undercooked. One star for order accuracy and one for quickness. read more

Wow! Fantastic pizza, almost as good as anything I've had in Italy. This place is great! Friendly staff, and the owner came by and made sure everything was perfect. Something messed up in the kitchen with our order and he got things squared right then. I'll be back next time I'm in Moab. Excellent ingredients for the perfect pizza! Just had their pistachio pesto pizza, recommended by our waitress and she wasn't wrong! This might actually be my favorite pizza now. To bad I was only here for a day on my vacation so I can't come back! Place is a bit pricy. Or I should rather say that it's not you "come and pay $16 for a pie to feed your family. These are personal sized pizzas, great portions in fact and prices can add up. But to me, it was totally worth it! read more

Huge place with a beautiful outside eating area-- even though it was hot, we felt fresh because of their fans and water cooling system. The calamari was more breading than octopus, but the salads were pretty good. Lots of fresh veggies, but the chicken on top of the salad wasn't great. Very very good pizza. When you walk in you can see the wood burning oven and them making the pizza. They have a award to, to prove this is athletic pizza. We got 3 pizzas for 4 people (they are a little bigger then personal) and it was a good amount. We could have gotten away with two. The pizzas we got were 2 margarita pizzas and the capanna pizza. I would recommend both however the capanna was the best. It had water bufflo as the cheese and tomatoes and olives and sauce. Super super good. read more

We were starving after a day at Arches. Headed to Antica Forma, were seated right away and served soon after. Service was good and food was delicious and served pretty quickly after ordering. We were pleasantly surprised for a Saturday night during peak dining hours. Favorite dish was the Girella appetizer - yum! Would recommend and eat again. read more

Pizza was very good although pricey, but got pricier and you'll see why. Our biggest issue was when we ordered, our waitress asked if we wanted vegetables on our meat lovers pizza. Sounded like a good idea. Got arugula on one half and jalapeño on the other half. Later when the bill came, we were surprised to find that our bill had $3 for the arugula and another $3 for the jalapeños. Felt a little taken advantage of. read more

We ate here 3 nights in a roll. I think if we discovered this restaurant sooner we'd be eating here all week. The food is awesome! You can taste the freshness in every single bite. We had salad, pizza, all sorts of appetizers, cocktail, pasta, dessert. Everything was good. If we come back to Moab again, we'll definitely come back to this restaurant. read more

We were a little concerned when we arrived because the staff seemed a little overwhelmed but at the end of the day they did a great job and we did not have any issues with service. The pizza was excellent and in particular the crust was just right. My boys had the pasta which was "good." I'm not a fan of the decor but aside from that it's worth a visit. read more
