I tried ordering on the app, at this location only the prices don't match with the coupons. $3 difference before taxes. 1 large 3 topping pizza, coupon shows $14.99, actual price was $17.99 and adding one topping extra took it to $24. Well, I got about 40% of my order delivered correctly. My receipt was identical to my order that I picked up less than finished at my neighbor's house. I then called this location, and was assured my order would be here within 10 minutes and it was still half finished and wrong. only time will tell if it comes complete. We were not sure about ordering after looking at some of the other reviews, but it turned out fine. We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and the cheese pizza, with coke and lava cakes. We placed a pickup order and the service was quite fast, 2 pizzas were ready in 10 mins. I had one pizza on which I requested onion on half side and they literally had 2-3 sliver cuts of onion barely on the pizza. The base was quite greasy and sides seemed very oily too. I haven't been in for a while. The food is as you'd expect from Domino's, nothing to write home about but still edible. The young lady at the register was wonderful... helpful and friendly. Everyone was craving pizza after a long day at Arches national park. Excellent choice. Called them up and got the best customer service. The young lady on the phone was super cool and helpful. Charged to our card was the easiest transaction and she triggered the tracking of delivery to our hotel and it was great, punctual and quick. I've ordered a lot of pizza from dominoes over the years and this is definitely the worst dominoes I've EVER been to. I mistakenly didn't do a quality check before leaving and had to make the drive back to get another one. Brought back burnt pizza to prove how gross it was. No apology no sorry for your trouble, nothing. Rather I got the feeling they were eye rolling that I even complained. Didn't even care to see the burnt pizza I brought back. Call manager and asked to get refund on dipping sauce and take tip back; manager said could not give partial refund - asked if I wanted full refund (which was good) and I accepted. My opinion - even if pizza had been warm - the thin crust would not have been that good - not as good as some frozen. Will not order Dominos again. read more

Definitely impressed. We are in town one night and staying in a hotel. Our food was fast, accurate, and delicious. It is standard Dominos but that consistency is nice sometimes. Love me some Dominos! and they are not all the same. We ordered online and as per usual, the order was done quickly. Some times, we get za's with crust that isn't quick crusty/done enough but these guys do it right. Both pizza's were done to perfection and smelled so great (We had to wait a half hour car-ride before eating!!). Staff was very friendly and quick to get me rung up and on my way. What is also nice about this location is that they have seating inside so if you just couldn't wait, you could eat there! Would for sure come back for a quick pizza night. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered delivery and asked special instructions to bring it to the hotel room. They dropped the WRONG order at the front and took off. I tried calling and they just immediately hung up. Finally on the 6th try an extremely rude woman answered the phone and told me she was too busy to care about my complaint. Know I shouldn't expect much from a Dominoes pizza location but it was ridiculously priced and almost on the side of burnt. On top of that, the delivery driver was complaining the entire time (when we met him outside our hotel at his car) over his tip. He got a tip and I was charged $5 to deliver the pizza 1.2 miles. Again, shouldn't expect much but couldn't get over all the noise the driver was making. read more

We ordered a few pizzas and some wings at 7:24 pm. We were told it would be 30 minutes to an hour for our order to be ready for pickup. We arrived at the store for curbside pickup at 8:15. We were then told our order wasn't ready with no explanation or idea of when our order would be ready. We came back into the store after 20 more minutes of waiting. Then we saw a customer walk out, I asked him when he ordered and he replied 8:00 pm. I then went back into the store and asked a third time where my 7:24 order was. The response was priceless, we can't find your order. The employees couldn't care less that they had wasted over an hour and a half of our evening in Moab. Ok, Dominos is Dominos... but the service we have experienced from this location has been well above the average experience from pizza deliveries! We always stay at the LaQuinta and Dominos delivery has always been trouble-free, fast and extremely courteous. When stopping for the night, it's always a safe bet for something filling. This is the second time this has happened at this same location. I called in my order-spoke with someone who was familiar with the location I was calling from-even asked me what room number to deliver to-and told the clerk it was for the front desk. So-NO question that he took the order and was at the Moab location, not some remote call center. Husband went to pick up. NOTHING. Order had disappeared. Waited almost an hour for order to be processed, and NOTHING. No explanation. Nothing. No apology. Nothing. I ordinarily do NOT post bad reviews because I know things happen, but there was no offer to redo the order. No apology. Just the inference that I was lying. I operate a hotel here in town, and am asked OFTEN what to recommend to travelers, and believe me, I will steer them away from Dominos. read more

WOW! This place is like Santa's workshop- they made our pizza so quickly, had incredibly friendly service, and have this cute little step where kids can watch the pizzas being made! You should order carry out just so you can experience their amazing service. The pizza was also perfect and beautiful. If you like dough, you'll love their pizza. There was little sauce, little cheese, and very little toppings. The dominant taste is the dough, because everything else had little flavor. I guess you can't expect too much from Domino's. read more
