It was packed with spinach, spicy roasted sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, black beans, and green chile all melted together with cheese. My husband ordered the Enchanted Chicken which had green chile and beans with a great southwestern flavor. My son kept it simple with the regular cheese quesadilla and my daughter loved the Dirtbag with cheese and refried beans. Everyone at the table was happy.
