Everything we ordered was delicious and honestly, if we had more time in town, we would have gone back a second time. I had the Sweet and Spicy Vegetarian quesadilla and it was amazing. It was packed with spinach, spicy roasted sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, black beans, and green chile all melted together with cheese. My husband ordered the Enchanted Chicken which had green chile and beans with a great southwestern flavor. My son kept it simple with the regular cheese quesadilla and my daughter loved the Dirtbag with cheese and refried beans. Everyone at the table was happy. If you're visiting Moab, don't miss this food truck. It's definitely worth the stop.

The huaraches were interesting and unique, we had never had that before, but the flavor of everything left something to be desired.
