Solid food! The wrap was incredible! I'm talking about the actual wrapper used, it's not your average tortilla wrapper or something. I've never had whatever it is they used and how they heated it up that way and mannnn... Soooo good! The stuff inside is already pretty yummy. I got the chicken shawarma, pretty good. The side of fries is also generous and crispy. My husband got the chicken shawarma fries and he also enjoyed it. Overall, solid pick. I also noticed it was the one that had the most people going to. Now I'm going to keep craving their wrap and they're hundreds of miles away from home lol. Damn.

This is a great place for a meal after seeing Arches National Park! The food truck park is such a fun atmosphere. we just got in town and needed a little something before heading to our hotel and these guys have the most amazing food. my husband and daughter got the vegetarian falafel wraps and my son and I got chicken shawarma wraps and they were fantastic! great food, great portions, the fries were perfect too and they have organic ketchup which was a win for us. if you visit food truck park and don't visit them you are truly missing out. we are already planning our lunch order for tomorrow! read more

My wife and four kids enjoyed some excellent gyro bowls and chicken shawarma. Having lived in Greece and Turkey I can honestly say this is really authentic Mediterranean food full of flavor and very generous portions. The service from Firat was outstanding. Found this food truck amongst others, but this one had a long line and smelled really good! Service was quick and easy! Food was hot and fresh, and tasty!! I got the chicken shawarma bowl over rice. It came with tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers and a big portion of tzatziki sauce - yum! The chicken was deliciously marinated and they gave a huge potion of meat. SOOOOOO GOOOD !! I got the Ephesus gyro WITH extra sauce and if I could eat the generous portion in its entirety I would have! Now I get a whole second meal as well (: The gyro was packed with meat and the fillings were fresh and delicious. Tzatziki sauce was amazing and the extra sauce came with a generous amount. Came to the Moab Food Truck Park to grab some dinner and found this wonderful Mediterranean food truck. Their Athens Gyro is tasty - flavorful, tender lamb with that perfect tzatziki sauce. We got falafel platter and falafel bowl. Both were amazing. The food tasted so fresh and falafel were not at all dry. Hummus and tzatziki sauce were a great addition. The dolmas (grape leaf stuffed with rice) were so juicy in taste and was the perfect side in the platter. The service was super quick. The chicken fried steak breakfast was very tasty, with crisp potatoes seasoned just right, a perfectly cooked egg, and a delicious home made breakfast. I had a chance to meet the owner, Zinzi, and we chatted about our shared connections to Cape Town. The dining room is very nicely decorated and comfortable. I'll have to find a way to make my way back to Moab to try the South African inspired dinner menu (Thursday through Sunday); am sad that I'll miss it this trip.
