TLDR : Great food, amazing service Tried the Wrap it up cart in the food truck place while visiting Moab and absolutely loved it. The food was absolutely delicious - right set of spicy and flavourful. Loved the spicy chicken shawarma wrap and the bowls.

Solid food! The wrap was incredible! I'm talking about the actual wrapper used, it's not your average tortilla wrapper or something. I've never had whatever it is they used and how they heated it up that way and mannnn... Soooo good! The stuff inside is already pretty yummy. I got the chicken shawarma, pretty good. The side of fries is also generous and crispy. My husband got the chicken shawarma fries and he also enjoyed it. Overall, solid pick. I also noticed it was the one that had the most people going to. Now I'm going to keep craving their wrap and they're hundreds of miles away from home lol. Damn.

Saw them in "The Road Less Eaten - Moab" so made sure to stop by. Wife and I shared the Chicken Shawarma wrap and the Ultimate Gyro Fries. Soooo good and enjoyed eating outside in the court. Must stop if in town!

This is a great place for a meal after seeing Arches National Park! The food truck park is such a fun atmosphere. I ordered the chicken bowl which comes with shawarma, rice, veggies, and tzatziki and it was enough for my husband and I to split! It was soooo good. Plus the guys working there are friendly and the service was quick. I'd totally recommend this place for travelers stopping in Moab for something unique.

Soooo good! We were walking around the food truck park and this place had the most delicious smells so we ended up here and got the chicken shawarma bowl and the Istanbul wrap. Our noses did not lead us astray! The gyros came fresh off the spit and the sauce spicy and well balanced. The bowl was very reminiscent of a halal cart chicken over rice that you might get in NYC. And what I mean by that is that bowl was hella good! I honestly miss halal carts from when I lived in NYC so this really hit the spot. Definitely would go again.

Located in the Moab Food Truck Park, this was a tasty find! The food was fresh and delicious and the service was fun and friendly. We had the spicy chicken wrap and the Gyro bowl. We would eat them both again. Stop by for a quick and yummy bite.

This food truck was pretty busy when we came to Moab and it smells amazing, so we decided to try it. We got a gyro bowl and a chicken bowl. Both were very solid. The meat is cooked very well and it's served on a bed of rice and veggies (tomatoes and lettuce). Overall the bed of rice and veggies is good but feels pretty plain. For example in the gyro bowl it's just white rice and lettuce and tomatoes. I feel like it needed some sauce to bring it all together (beyond the tzatziki that's on the side) Beyond the food it's easy to find parking and the pricing is good. Food comes out at a normal speed, we didn't feel like we were waiting super long or anything

Came to the Moab Food Truck Park to grab some dinner and found this wonderful Mediterranean food truck. Their Athens Gyro is tasty - flavorful, tender lamb with that perfect tzatziki sauce. French fries were well-seasoned with that great crisp. Plenty of outdoor seating in the shade with some misters going. Great for the heat. Good stop for some yummy food! read more

We got falafel platter and falafel bowl. Both were amazing. The food tasted so fresh and falafel were not at all dry. Hummus and tzatziki sauce were a great addition. The dolmas (grape leaf stuffed with rice) were so juicy in taste and was the perfect side in the platter. The service was super quick. This place is location in food truck park and so much space over there to sit. Would highly recommend vegetarian to visit this place. read more

Best gyro ever!! Ordered the Athens gyro and it was amazing! The wrap was so thin and crispy on the outside and fell apart in your mouth and it had the perfect amount of sauce inside it. Their homemade fries were also delicious. Wish I lived closer to this amazing food! It is located inside Moab Food truck park with plenty of seating and food to choose from. The area is so nice and dog friendly. They give you a buzzer while you wait about 10-15 minutes. It was fresh and so tasty! read more

We thought the food was fantastic!! I got the spicy shawarma sandwich and my boyfriend got the cypress falafel wrap, and we both LOVED our food. The wrap was the perfect thickness, the chicken was fresh, the sauces were flavorful, the falafel wasn't dry at all. They broke up the falafel a little before putting it in the wrap too which made it easier to eat. Would eat there over and over again. There are lots of choices in the Moab Food Truck Park and I'm so glad I went with Wrap It Up. I got the spicy chicken shawarma wrap and it was absolutely delicious! The wrap was heavy on the chicken and light on the veggies, the sauce inside was the perfect amount and the the whole thing was just really fresh and flavorful. The shoestring fries that came with it were surprisingly good too, they were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. When the guy handed me my food I was shocked at how heavy it was, this was A LOT of food for 16 bucks and I couldn't finish it all in one sitting! Go here and you'll leave happy. read more

Amazing food that takes you right to the Mediterranean area. The flavors from their seasoning bring it all together. They gave us a buzzer to let us know when our food was complete. At the Moab Food Truck Park, which is a brilliant idea & surprising for a town this size, even with all the tourist influx. There is shade and a misting machine, btw. As for Wrap it Up. I give it five stars for creating, by far, the best falafel wrap I've ever had. You can tell it's different right when you get it: not 3 dry balls in a pita next to a few vegetables. But a thought-out wrap with a bunch of (vegetarian friendly) ingredients mixed together. The French fries are pretty standard. I want to mail order this sandwich when I get back home. All aspects of service were also good. read more

100/10. seriously ! you won't regret it. i came on a sunday morning so only a few trucks were open. i was between this and the quesadilla truck (which was also super tasty) but i was so happy with my decision. literally the best gyro meat i've ever had ! sometimes it's sliced too thin or dried out but it was so tender and flavorful ! it's a good amount of food for $17. i only ate half of the wrap and the fries for lunch and was super satisfied. i didn't get a chance to try the vegetarian options but i will definitely eat here again next time im in town ! read more

Oh my goodness as a vegan it's always a tossup trying to find food somewhere, but the staff were so helpful and they had so many options for vegans. The falafel is going to star in my dreams for months. It smelled and tasted fan-freaking-tastic. The chicken fried steak breakfast was very tasty, with crisp potatoes seasoned just right, a perfectly cooked egg, and a delicious home made breakfast. I had a chance to meet the owner, Zinzi, and we chatted about our shared connections to Cape Town. The dining room is very nicely decorated and comfortable. I'll have to find a way to make my way back to Moab to try the South African inspired dinner menu (Thursday through Sunday); am sad that I'll miss it this trip.

we just got in town and needed a little something before heading to our hotel and these guys have the most amazing food. my husband and daughter got the vegetarian falafel wraps and my son and I got chicken shawarma wraps and they were fantastic! great food, great portions, the fries were perfect too and they have organic ketchup which was a win for us. if you visit food truck park and don't visit them you are truly missing out. we are already planning our lunch order for tomorrow! read more
