SO GOOD! From what I can remember after studying abroad in Italy almost 20 years ago, rivals the best gelato from my time there. The gelato seems to be free of a bunch of preservatives and fillers - they are not whipped high up in the containers, and the pistachio is not a bright green (so must be natural!). Gelato with vegan options, sure to put a smile on your face. We stopped at this cute food truck a week after visiting the area. (We didn't have time for gelato the first time, so I had to come back) The woman running the truck, perhaps Miss Gelato herself, was delightful and super friendly. Not only did she help me pick out some vegan gelato, but she recognized me in the sea of tourists, after we visited one of the other trucks a week earlier. That connection and customer service was way over the top. We had been in a minor accident just hours earlier and stopping here cheered us up more than I can explain. located within the MOAB food truck park, so there are lots of other food options if you need lunch/dinner plans as well as gelato! we tried the tiramisu and pistachio. tiramisu has a great sweet flavors initially and the rum/alcohol flavors really comes through at the end. Wished it had more of an espresso flavor but otherwise it was a solid tiramisu gelato. the pistachio was nutty and had an aftertaste of maraschino cherries. overall, the texture of the gelato was creamy and stringy in a sense. Tried a few different flavors: peach cobbler, cookies and cream, and mango sherbet. I recommend all of them, although the peach cobbler flavor didn't taste quite as natural as the mango sherbet. I'll usually pick ice cream over sherbet, but here I think the mango sherbet is the winner! Service was quick and friendly and price was fair. read more

Excellent gelato. Went every night for 3 nights while staying in Moab. Tiramisu was outstanding. My son had White Chocolate Raspberry, Peach Cobbler & Vanilla. He loved all 3 but the Peach Cobbler was his favorite. The owner lady was very gracious! $5 for a small may seem a bit pricey but it was worth it.
