My friend was accurately charged for what she ordered. She enjoyed her food. It was made just how she expected. Service was also fast. We got through the line quickly. All you people who give negative reviews based on mask wearing??? Really. That is all i have to say. Drive through service is very rude. I arrive at 8:30pm today,very hungry, kids in hotel are waiting for food, they want burger and looks like Wendy's is the only choice in this small town. When I arrive, I told them I need couple of minutes to study the menu as I have 6 people to feed(I am the only person in line). However, they are not responding anymore, lateron, a lady walked out with trash bag and told me: we decide not to serve you... What the heck this is the way they treat their customers. Had to wait in the drive through line, which was impossibly long: 35 minutes after our order pickup time. Putting in the online order didn't even help since they didn't prepare the order until our place in the drive thru line came up The reason for the delay is they are short staffed. Very slow drive through line. We stopped because we were in a hurry but for sure a sit down place or a food truck would have been much faster. Only three cars ahead of us in the line and we waited for 40 minutes. Unfortunately I will need to leave this review. I am not happy for doing so and it makes me feel bad about it, however, I witnessed some disturbing events at this Wendy's store on Main Street in Moab Utah. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived for pick up, I saw an employee leaving the bathroom while buttoning his pants with his gloved hands which I didn't see him changing afterwards. Not a good sight nor professional at all. The person preparing the food was NOT wearing a mask. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic of a deadly virus. My food was prepared by an employee who was not wearing a mask and was talking all over my food the whole time. When I spoke to another employee, who was nice enough to hold the door for me, he said and I quote "that's impossible, everyone needs to wear a mask". He then asked who it was and said he was gonna take care of it. Funny thing, everyone was wearing a mask besides this person who was preparing the food and EVERYONE was seeing him without a mask and not caring at all. A couple of other employees were also wearing a mask BELLOW their noses. Also not ok! To be fair, the guy was wearing gloves, however, he was touching the order screen with the same gloves he was preparing my food, same screen another employee who was NOT wearing gloves and was just working the cashier AND the guy from the bathroom touched too. Come on!!! I contacted customer service and they said they will follow up w the manager about it. My understanding is that the manager should never let it happen in the first place and if an employee is not following the rules is solely the manager's fault for not training them properly. I believe the whole team needs be trained about covid protocol and professionalism regarding their behavior inside the restaurant. Besides those issues, soda machines were out of most choices, but honestly I rather not have soda and not get COVID19 as well. Needless to say, we will be getting our take out from somewhere else for the time we are visiting Moab. My husband and I have not tested positive for covid and I hope we stay that way. Stopped here to get a bite to eat. We ordered 6 meals plus chili soup. When we got our order we asked for spoons & they didn't have any. They had to get the manager & get spoons from a gas station next door. Came to the table checked if it's the right order my sandwich was wrong. #8 was missing cheese & bacon. They remade my sandwich. Rude service. Woman with dark, pulled back hair in glasses barked at us to order at the kiosks as we began to walk up to the counter. The kiosk ordering was cumbersome, tedious, unsanitary (so many hands touching the same screen), lagged after every click, and required way more clicks than necessary to just order a burger. Would have been much easier, quicker, and more pleasant to order with a cheerful employee at the counter. (Stark contrast to Chick-Fil-A service; and no, I don't work for and am not affiliated with Chick-Fil-A in any way. It's just a pleasant place to eat.) Same employee was rude when I asked a question about ordering a drink that was not listed on the kiosk menu, but was offered at the Coca-Cola machine. She barked at everyone in the restaurant.
