Rude service. Woman with dark, pulled back hair in glasses barked at us to order at the kiosks as we began to walk up to the counter. The kiosk ordering was cumbersome, tedious, unsanitary (so many hands touching the same screen), lagged after every click, and required way more clicks than necessary to just order a burger. Would have been much easier, quicker, and more pleasant to order with a cheerful employee at the counter. (Stark contrast to Chick-Fil-A service; and no, I don't work for and am not affiliated with Chick-Fil-A in any way. It's just a pleasant place to eat.) Same employee was rude when I asked a question about ordering a drink that was not listed on the kiosk menu, but was offered at the Coca-Cola machine. She barked at everyone in the restaurant. I'm guessing that they are having a hard time finding anyone willing to work here. I rolled up to the drive thru on a Friday morning and no one was in front of me so I figured it would be quick. It took forever to get two egg and cheese biscuits ! I chalked it up to bad timing. I tried again the next morning and at least this time the girl at the window apologized for the delay "sorry but there are just two of us working this morning. Certainly they would have there act together for dinner on Saturday night! No way but this time I was waiting for my food long enough to see and hear there was plenty of discontent being served with the fries! I passed by on Sunday evening with a long line of cars stacked up at the drive thru and no one inside to even take orders! read more

The lady running the drive thru was incredibly rude, trying to rush us through ordering. But once we get to the window, we wait another 15 min. for our food to be done. There was NO ONE ahead of us OR behind us that morning. Why TF did she rush us only to make us wait anyways? Why was she rude AF when we always come with the politeness? Your guess is as good as mine. But if she's reading this...get another job or work on yourself as a human. The service was VERY slow and the order was not correct. We went through the drive thru and we waited about 20 mins before any movement. When we rounded the corner, we noticed 3 Wendy's workers hanging in the back taking a cig break. I don't mind breaks, but it seemed as though everyone was outside at the same time instead of taking and filling orders. Once we finally ordered it took another 20-25 mins to get to the window. And when we got there, the lady told me "We don't have your order." WHAT?!!! But then another lady behind her seemed to know our order and they proceeded to fill it. ... incorrectly. In the end, we drove away probably over an hour after we pulled in. The food order was incorrect but I just wanted to get out of there. The workers were not friendly or apologetic at all. Poorly managed; pathetically slow; appallingly dysfunctional in every way. Took 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. The cashier also took forever to input my order into the computer, and she found a way to misunderstand or repeat the wrong thing back to me on EVERY ITEM I ORDERED. Oh, and they were out of chicken nuggets. Their drink machines don't produce ice, and the one I used kept spewing soda for 4-6 seconds after I released the button. As a result every cup overflowed. The staff's attitude about all this bungling ineptitude was maddeningly apathetic. No wonder. Judging from all the 1-star reviews, they've been doing it this way for years. I can say the food was OK. It is basically poor management in a slammed hard fast food joint. You can only order via their vending machines or the Wendy's app. There are signs all over that Wendy's needs help. They tend to have one speed - Slow. I realize it is a 'vacation' town, but they could be making a fortune with the right people. Where we live, the catch phrase is "Nobody wants to work today!" That usually means that no-one wants to pay a decent working wage. I think that may be true there, too. It was a reflection of the slow, difficult service we received. read more

Registers are closed and incapable of taking orders. Instead, customers are forced to know how to use ordering screens in self-help fashion. Even though they had 3 screens, only 1 was supposed to be open and the one I used didn't give receipts. No employee except one (who was in the restroom) knew how to make a duplicate receipt. Employees said the system was in place for about a year, but the chaos was like they had just got them. Other customers were just as annoyed and lost about how to order. I think you are better off going to the supermarket just a few blocks away than ordering here. All the restaurants were closed by 10pm. Slowest drive thru service. I read some of the reviews before coming here, but still decided to give it a shot anyway. Before I got home and opened my food, I thought maybe they had turned this place around. The drive through moved at a reasonable pace. The employee took my order promptly, if a bit curtly. The staff member at the window wasn't friendly, but wasn't quite rude either. I wasn't charged for anything I didn't order. Nearly all of the order was correct, but I ordered a fancy, expensive bacon burger, but received a standard burger with no bacon at all. They were so disorganized and didn't even care that the line was out the door. This is suppose to be a fast food place. Went to this Wendy's for a meal deal. The inside was closed but that's kinda normal if you're a Wendy's regular like myself. I was feeling a little hungry this morning so I decided I wanted the Biggie Bag instead of the FO FO FO. Was greeted with very cheery service from the drive thru but unfortunately my experience was stained by one important detail. When I got my meal I realized I was given the Jr. cheeseburger instead of the regular burger that comes with the Biggie Bag. I payed for the Biggie Bag and got the FO FO FO. Come on now! Still a good experience but I'd recommend double checking your drive thru order. read more

Our meals at this Wendy's were hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff were polite and moved quickly. During our visit ALL staff were wearing masks... CORRECTLY, even! Several tables in the dining room were blocked off to help with social distancing. Overall this was the safest-feeling indoor dining setup I've seen recently. read more

We got in late to Moab. But when you are hungry on a Sunday evening and all the restaurants close early, you are left with fast food. Never been a fan of Wendy's much. The spicy chicken salad was pretty good but lettuce wasn't crunchy enough. Hubby didn't like his chicken sandwich, too salty. He ordered the 4x4 which included fries (too salty), chicken nuggets (funny after taste) and sofa. I ordered the green tea drink which wasn't bad and not overly sweet. The young lady who took our order forgot my drink so I had to go back. She apologized and that it had been so busy. She was working the counter alone. She upgraded my drink to a larger one on her own. That's good customer service. Good not great but service was right. I also saw another customer return a sandwich which wasn't made correctly. She gave him the sandwich and had it remade. Sadly, he threw out the 1st sandwich. read more

I do not eat fast food but my little sister and I were visiting from out of state and she wanted Wendy's. We placed a 5.00 order and the lady working charged me 44.98. I told her I wasn't leaving until it was refunded and she said one of the guys charged me the order for the people behind me and that she didn't need to refund me if she didn't want to. Bathroom smelled like an outhouse, urinal out of service, toilet overflowing.... There's not a clean surface in this restaurant, including the kitchen. The guy said they were understaffed, but as we waited in the back half of the line for 20 minutes there was an employee using a leaf blower to move leaves around the parking lot. Hire more staff! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is a line from the front to the back of the building and only one computer self order register is open and no cashier has stepped up to take orders. It took 25 minutes in line just to order, the system absolutely sucked and we couldn't even order what we wanted because the computer had almost no processing power. Then the girl handing out cups argued with my husband and wouldn't give us all of our drinks we paid for. On top of that the soda fountain was stuck in Spanish so I had to wing it on the flavor of soda I was getting. Hours say that they are open until until Midnight. We walked up from our hotel at a bit after 10pm . Diningroom had closed at10pm. (Door says open for drive through until 11pm) There were no cars, so we tried the drive through. No answer at the speaker, walked around to the window. Understandable that we surprised the teen. His response to us was they couldn't serve a walk up. We asked why - to see if he could say. Said it was just what he was told. We didn't look like vagrants, well dressed, etc. They had zero customers, so we pushed back. Nope, still refused to take our order. So, lesson learned, if you get in late from traveling or exploring and choose Wendy's - be there well before 10pm , or lose the last hotel parking spot in order to get actual service with your vehicle. read more
