What a great find in Moab! We came all the way from Las Vegas for a little getaway, and we were so happy we decided to eat at Arches Thai! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful -- the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The entire place was decorated for Halloween, which was so cute and festive! We sat outside on the patio, which has this really cool little alleyway atmosphere. It was such a fun and unique setting for dinner. I had the Thai iced coffee, and it was nice and strong -- perfect! I ordered the beef yellow curry topped with a huge piece of tempura, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. Our service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We came from Las Vegas and don't know when we'll be back in Moab, but if we're in the area again, Arches Thai will definitely be on our list! Pretty good Thai food but poor service. We came on a busy-ish Saturday night and could excuse sluggish service. However, all of the dishes came out at different times with my 8 year old son's a full 15 minutes after everyone else's. He was hungry and cranky and this made for a pretty unpleasant meal. Arches Thai is a casual restaurant serving Thai food in Moab. Came here for dinner on a Thursday and it was not busy at all. We were greeted and seated immediately, and our server brought us a pitcher of water and a couple of glasses. We ordered the Po Tak Soup with Chicken, Green Curry with Chicken, Lychee Green Tea, and a Coconut Juice. The Po Tak Soup had great flavor and the broth was clean. It was very comforting, especially after a day of exploring. Other than the chicken, it came with mushrooms. Wish it had more vegetables, but it was still a great dish. The Green Curry was also flavorful and was packed with vegetables. The vegetables were cooked well. The Lychee Green Tea was way too sweet. We ended up adding some of the water from the pitcher we were given to help make it less sweet. The Coconut Juice was fine but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, giving Arches Thai a 4/5. Service is good, the space is clean and spacious, and we enjoyed both of the entrees. The entree portions are good for the prices. Would recommend to others and would come back to try other entrees, but likely stick with water as our drinks. read more

Since I moved to Utah, I've had a very hard time finding good Thai food. We found this restaurant while visiting the arches national Park. It is off of the main strip and kind of hidden but easy to find with directions. It is so worth going! We had chicken panang curry and Drunken Noodles. I also had 2 Thai Iced Teas. Everything had so much flavor!! The service was incredibly quick. They were very friendly. The restaurant was clean. All in all an excellent experience the only thing that could be better is if they were located in Salt Lake City! read more

Delicious, friendly, and efficient! There was a decent crowd but you wouldn't know it based on the service. The patio areas are lovely, we ate in the back, but there are also spots in front. We were taken care of right away and the food was very hot and fresh. I loved the red curry, just the right amount of spices to leave my lips tingly. Stopped by Arches Thai while we were in Moab for the Easter Jeep Safari with Lindsey & Kenny--and yeah... really glad we did. The food tasted just as good as it looked--awesome presentation. The dishes are always changing in flavor, quality and size. I have ordered different soups and each time they taste different, have different ingredients and often not alike at all. If you have to save money on quality (chicken in Lettuce Wraps) then charge more but don't skimp. read more

We were seated right away and the service was on point from start to finish. The interior is spacious and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Entrée prices are very reasonable, mostly in the $16-$20 range. I ordered the drunken noodles and the portion was generous and packed with flavor. What a treat to arrive in Moab to discover this great Thai restaurant. The ambiance and food are excellent and the staff is bend-over-backward wonderful. Thai Bella is situated in a cozy home located west of Main Street (US191). The main dining room downstairs is fine, but the upstairs dining area provides a more intimate experience for larger parties. We dined at a 6-top in an upstairs nook that made us feel like we were in an upscale version of our own home. Really enjoyed the Khao Soi, Panag Curry, and Thai Basil (all chicken dishes). Amazingly delicious Thai food! So good, we visited this restaurant twice on our 2 day trip in Moab. From Los Angeles and this place is the best Thai food I've ever had. So much flavor and great portions. Every dish has so many ingredients. I loved the tom yum with shrimp because the soup was incredibly flavorful with huge juicy shrimps and aromatics in the broth. In the 2 days we stayed in Utah, we ordered the tom yum 3 times. It was incredibly comforting for our winter trip. For those who don't handle spicy, it's not a problem because they adjust the level of spice to your liking. But the flavor is still so good! The place is definitely casual but the service is so nice and they are constantly checking in on us. If I get to visit Moab again, I will definitely visit Arches Thai again. read more

If you come to Moab you must eat here! This was our favorite meal of the trip, and probably the best Thai food I've had in a long time, better than most places in the Bay Area. Really flavorful, large portions, friendly service. Lots of indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio space, with nice decor. The pad see ew was delicious, with soft and fresh noodles. The pineapple curry was sweet and flavorful, with plenty of veggies. The curry noodles were also super flavorful, plenty of noodles as well as other veggies. No wait for a table, there was a nice calm atmosphere that suited us well after an exhausting day, and the service staff was attentive and efficient. I ended up getting the beef pad Thai, and it may have been helped by the day we had, but MAN it did the trick. Well it's really hot here in Moab, so we almost didn't venture out but again, we eat, so we walked down to Arches Thai. The atmosphere is quaint. The service polite and timely. My son ordered the Curry Bowl with pork, I ordered the Crispy Duck. My son took one bite and said, "We need to eat like this more often." Again, we eat. Perfect dinner at Arches Thai. We received a friendly greeting and seated right away. Lots of water and ice in a carafe at our table. We started with the garden rolls and gyoza and they were some of my favorite bites all night. We ordered panang curry with chicken and it was perfect - flavorful with lots of chicken and vegetables. Sweet chili dipping sauce. Good start. I chose the tilapia with sweet basil sauce. The fish crust was not as crunchy as I like and the spicy basil sauce heavy and salty for me. The fish was moist inside the crust. That part was good. The veggies are nice but again the sauce was overwhelming. His pad thai with beef was better than my entree. He liked it. I liked it. The Halloween decor was so fun and I love all the different scary things. The food I have was amazing. I stayed in Moab for a week and eight here three times.. I tried three separate dishes, each time or five star with flavor. The service was friendly and nice and I have my dog with me which they have a dog friendly patio where they brought my dog water which I appreciate it and so did he I will definitely be coming in here on my next visit to Moab. My fiance stayed in Moab for Thanksgiving weekend and we were craving something comforting. Thankfully, Arches Thai was open for Thanksgiving day. It was a full house! We waited for quite some time until we sat at our table. The menu is huge! They even offer some curries that I've never heard of before like lychee curry and mango curry. We started with the curry puffs which was recommended by our server. It was delicious! Flakey and crispy on the outside, and flavorful on the inside. Our entrees took awhile, which was totally reasonable because of the holiday rush. When our entrees came out, I realized we should have just shared one. They were huge! I got the curry noodles which was good at first, but as I kept eating it, the curry became more dense because it was so thick and there was an endless amount of rice noodles. Noodle soups ideally should have a thinner broth. My fiance ordered the Tom Yum Noodles but it didn't quite have that lemongrass and tangy flavor. It tasted more like bun rieu, which is a Vietnamese seafood soup. Our servers were really nice, despite the holiday chaos. Overall, the food didn't quite have that authentic flair.
