Ordered take out as we are arriving into Moab near closing time. We ordered Tom Yum fried rice, pad thai, and stir-fry broccoli. The place was still packed when we arrived. Everything was available for pickup at the promised time, and it was all still hot! This was great after a long day of driving. I especially appreciated that they acknowledged our "nut allergy" note in our order. The food was flavorful and colorful. I would come back again if we stayed in Moab longer. Most of the food are great, tho very spicy for me. Drunken noodle is good and supposedly the most spicy dish (spicy level 3/5) but it is not as spicy as the fried rice (2/5). I really like the tamarind duck. The sauce is sweet and sour. However, I really hate how half the mushroom is cooked and half is not.. This curry is not very different from normal thai curry; the shrimp is cooked well, still has a nice crunch. Satay is normal, sauce is a little too sweet. Papaya salad is the worst dish, way too salty and sour. Green bean texture is too soft but seasoning is on point. Mango sticky rice is not good either: sticky rice is undercooked and mango is sour. I don't like the service here. We were still eating and they came over and just started to take our plates away, and when we still haven't finished the main course, they already asked if we want dessert. Also, they didn't really ask for spicy level of all the dishes and just assume we would go with the same spicy level. Food does come out very quick. read more

After a week of roadtripping through Arizona and Utah, and eating mostly unmemorable meals, we were delighted to FINALLY consume something of delightful savory flavors, of substance! Our initial dinner pick had a wait, so we spotted Singha Thai Cuisine from our parking spot and decided to give it a go. I inquired which dishes would be easily veganized, and was informed that the Drunken Noodles would be a good choice so I opted for that with medium. My friends ordered curries, one of them ordering it "Thai hot" - which was probably a mistake as she was sweating bullets during the ingestion of said curry, haha. Even with medium heat, the Drunk Noodles was honestly pretty darn spicy! Thankfully still very edible and very delicious! We all remarked that this one of the more delicious things we had consumed in all the small towns we had stayed in. I had to try very had to not to completely consume the entire entree because I wanted leftovers for later, haha. Anyway, if you find yourself in Moab, particularly after several days of consuming bland or nondescript "American" food, I would highly recommend giving Singha Thai a go! read more

As I was sitting in Singha Thai Cuisine, I had an epiphany: Thai food may be my favorite type of food. Every time I order a dish from just about any Thai restaurant, I'm pleased with it. Singha was no exception-the food was terrific. Service was attentive and friendly-our server even helped rein us in when we tried to order more food than was a reasonable amount for two people. Hey, we were hungry and everything looked so good! Even the two dishes were more than enough food-plenty to take home as leftovers. I had a wonderful experience here for an early dinner after a long day of hiking and climbing. We got there right as they had reopened for dinner at 5 so food came out pretty quickly, but the restaurant also filled up fast, clearly a local favorite. Small place but decent amount of tables and really sweet service from everyone we met. We got some Thai teas and Thai coffees and they came in cute glasses and were delicious and not too sweet like they can be at some places. I had the vegetable egg rolls which were everything I was hoping for and got to try the garlic green bean appetizer which I would never think to order but was also scrumptious. For my entree, I had the green curry with perfectly cooked tofu and delicious vegetables and creamy coconut curry sauce. Most of us got medium spice (level 3) but the heat level still seemed to vary based on the dish, so I would recommend going lower spice because you can always add more hot sauce once you get the dish if you want. Overall I loved this place from its kind employees, cozy atmosphere to the delicious food and drinks, and would probably go back if I lived in Moab. read more

Great stop after a few days of camp food. Kept it simple with the Pad Thai (spicy level 3/5). I appreciated the variety of curry flavors, fried rice, meat options, and more. With every meal, they ask you on a scale of 5 how spicy you want it. Love this touch! Feels personalized and definitely important (the 4 was pretty hot). The levels definitely vary based on what you get. The Thai coffee and tea were outstanding - very refreshing. We arrived on the earlier side, and it ended up filling up, but we were seated for a table of 6 immediately. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Food came out quick too. I am from Las Vegas and we experience plenty of Thai foods, both mediocre and superb. It takes a lot for Thai food to be below average but very difficult for a Thai restaurant to be very good. This restaurant is an absolute gem in Moab and entirely underrated. For Moab it should be rated in the upper 4 stars. Of all the food we experience in Moab this restaurant stood out to our entire group. After our dining experience, I had to poke my head in the kitchen and give the cooks a big thumbs up. Overall a 4.5/5 with delicious flavors, just slow service and fair portion sizes. Drunken noodle with beef was the favorite dish. Large dish with nice pan fried wok flavor. The beef was also tender. Pad Kaprow ground pork had lovely basil flavors and the accompanying veggies were well cooked. This also came with a small side of rice Mango curry with shrimp was mild and had nice coconut flavor. Though it came with very little rice to accompany all of that flavorful sauce Their spicy chili oil is nutty and a great addition to ask for on the side. The service was really nice, efficient, and friendly; the space seemed large enough, but with many tables and when it gets filled with customers the place was a bit noisy. We ordered tofu Penang curry, papaya salad, spicy basil noodles with noodles, and some beer. A dust storm drove us to find a place to eat in town that was safe for our Celiac daughter. Despite Moab being a tourist destination, there really isn't much that is 100% guaranteed safe for a celiac. This Thai restaurant had been recommended and we decided to stop in and ask all the usual questions about safety. Immediately, the hostess answered our questions and went further by explaining what menu options were safe and what their kitchen practices were. Given that the hostess was so knowledgeable, we were put at ease. Then our waitress provided additional information and every step of the ordering process to the delivery of the food at our table was met with caution and concern by all the staff. We have never experienced this level of knowledge and concern at any restaurant we have been to in the past. Food was amazing and nobody got sick. Will 100% be back when we visit Moab again. read more

Came here for a friend's bday dinner after a long day of snow sports. Food came out relatively quick. Solid service, they provided icecream for the friend. We got here before the rush; within 10 minutes after 6:15PM, there was a line out of the door. The space may feel a bit small but it is cozy. Flavors of the food is really bold which I appreciate. Some of the sauces of the noodles (pad thai, pad se eew, hangover noodles) were a bit too sweet for my preference but my friends enjoyed the pad se eew the most. It was also the most recommended by the owner. Medium to large portions for the price. Great food for being out in a snow resort town. The peanut sauce was great, but the chicken was slightly over done. We also had the chicken pad Thai with extra egg. This was really good. We got it with medium spice and it wasn't spicy at all. I have a favorite local Thai restaurant, and unfortunately, this isn't it. I came here simply because it was convenient at the time. I ordered my favorite Thai dish, Pad Thai, which they advertise as part of their "traditional Thai cuisine." I can assure you, however, that what they serve is far from authentic. Pad Thai is usually bursting with bold, balanced flavors, but that was not the case with my meal. I even suspect they didn't use fish sauce--a key ingredient in this dish. On top of that, the ingredients seemed to be of poor quality. What I ended up with was a bland, subpar meal. Moreover, prices are substantial and portions not so much. We first had the fresh rolls. The peanut sauce it came with is warm and fresh. That was good, but the filling is a bit disappointing since it's just lettuce and vermicelli. Authentic & delicious. That's what I expect from any Thai restaurant I go to stateside. This place is just that. Staff is super sweet & when they realized my wife spoke Thai the server chatted with her for a few minutes. Aoy was our waitress and what an amazing experience she gave. We had out two chihuahuas and she let us keep them in their papoose and up front so that we could enjoy our meal and stay with our pups. So the spring rolls with veggies was absolutely on point and refreshing. It came with 2 different sauces that just set it over the edge, impressive and well played to get me to come back tomorrow! The mango curry? Girl, stop! I've had pineapple curry but this is a first and it will not be the last. Now the bar has been set high and other stops will have to be to par. They boiled chicken and shrimp for us to take for our pups and that was just kind to begin with. They appreciated it for sure. I love that you can get steamed or fried. We love steamed and usually get steamed but, opted for fried this time! Sweet and Sour Chicken - great fresh veggies, yummy sauce and great portion. Comes with white rice Pineapple Fried Rice - this is flavored with yellow curry powder so, it's a variation of fried rice we've never had before so, we had to try it! Really yummy. Cashews, raisins and pineapple are a staple for me in any fried rice I order and they were plentiful here Vegetable Red Curry - one of the best red curries I have ever had. Creamy and spicy :) Also comes with white rice Price: $70 with tax - average of $14.00 per dish. Not inexpensive but, not cheap either. Pretty normal for a tourist town. One thing to note is we ordered everything level 3 spicy and it was definitely on the hotter side of medium. We arrived in Moab in the evening on Christmas Day. Singha Thai seemed to be the only place open so the wait for dine in and to go was insanely long. We placed our order, left to check in at the hotel and came back in 45 minutes to pick up our food. We got chicken pad Thai and spicy basil fried rice. They were both delicious. We actually tried this place a few years ago and thought they were good. I'm very happy that they maintain the quality of their food, even on an insanely busy night. Their menu prices are comparable to other restaurants in Moab. Entrees portions are generous with plenty of leftovers.
