The most important fact: This place is open 'til midnight every night. If you're a laptop warrior, this place is a key oasis to know about (table space, outlets, wifi). The coffee's solid and reasonably priced, some good pastries, and friendly staff. I've never gotten delivery here before, but if you come to this unassuming place, you'll surely love it. read more

One of my favorite places to get coffee near Harvard square. Table space available most of the time, a good atmosphere to work or socialize. Great coffee, sandwiches, and friendly service. I'm becoming a regular! read more

Delicious variety of food, from pizza to Greek (wonderful tzatziki sauce in the gyro wrap I had), with large servings for the low cost. My family ate here for less than $40 and left full and more than satisfied. Family owned and operated gives the cafe a small town feel. read more

Do not order delivery!!! I called after an hour and 15 minutes and they told me they never received my order from delivery.com. I called delivery.com who called the restaurant and they told them the order was on its way. I waited 2 hours! read more

I live right by Cafe Anthony and can't believe I just made it there for the first time. I stopped by to grab a breakfast sandwich and was very pleased overall. While not an overwhelmingly amazing sandwich, it was quite good, and I will definitely be back. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheddar, and avocado on an everything bagel and it came out nice and hot with ample filling. The cashier was incredibly friendly, and I got my food in a timely manner. They also had cases of baked goods that looked delicious and an extensive menu of lunch options. Cafe Anthony is a great low key option with free wifi and good food if you want to grab a casual bite around Harvard/Central! read more

Never delivered our food and didn't answer their phone. Don't do it. Apparently I need to say more to make my review long enough. Blah blah blah I sure am hungry. (Update: food finally arrived, cold and soggy, over two hours after order was placed.) read more

Had a huge Greek salad and the tomato mozzarella pannini to share with a friend. Good price, lots of food, good stuff

Ordered the BBQ chicken wrap and it was amazingly bad. The "BBQ sauce" seemed like nothing more than catsup mixed with sugar and was cloyingly sweet. Barely edible. The tables were dirty and the room stuffy. Would not go back. read more

Delightful place to work at with your laptop. Gets a lot of sunlight. I love their cappuccino! The staff are so nice. read more

Worst expresso ever. I'm a coffee lover and couldn't finish this awful beverage they call expresso.

This was my all time favorite place to eat in the area , new ownership has brought Lowe quality food and ridiculous prices 2.50 for a 16 ounce Powerade! Don't waste your money here read more

Ordered food with someone there over the phone. 2 hours later, still no delivery. Not pleased with this lack of service. There is no reason for this to happen. read more

The food is a bit slow, but holy moly is it tasty! I love their tuna melt. It's my treat whenever I'm able to convince myself to do a hard workout (counterintuitive I know). As long as you've got a few minutes to spare, this is a five star hands down. It's not fancy, but it consistently delivers. Recommend! read more

Horrible service even worse food...save your money and go elsewhere...everything was over cooked and the place is always empty....all around worst read more

Awful! We ordered delivery and it took over an hour to actually get delivered. The food was cold, the coffee was bitter, they forgot the potatoes with the omelette and instead gave me two slices of bread not even toasted! Absolutely not worth the wait or money! Never ordering from here again. read more

How I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. I placed an order at noon today, a salad, iced latte and an order or curly fries (to cancel out the salad.) the estimated time of arrival was 1:10, plenty of time before I had to leave for work. At 1:30 I called the cafe to inquire about my order. I got a "we're very busy, he's on his way" to which I replied with how I had to leave for work at 2, but he assured me it would be no longer than ten minutes. Still too long for an order that was already late, but whatever. At 2:05, 5 minutes past the time I was supposed to leave for work, I called again. I assume I was speaking with the owner, who asked my address again, told me yet again they were busy, two hours past the time I placed my order, and told me the driver was on his way. Clearly I couldn't wait any longer so I asked to be refunded. The person I was speaking with then started raising his voice about it being on his way. After calmly reminding him, he was the one who was over an hour late with the food, and that I don't have all day to wait for a salad, he REALLY raised his voice. I ended up cancelling the order and having to speak with someone more rational on foodler support. I can't even say if the food was good or not, since I didn't receive it. I am, however, appalled at this employee or worse yet, owners, behavior. read more

Awesome place right by the Lechmere T stop - no frills, good food and portions. I honestly feel like nothing you get could ever take over 10 minutes to be ready. Bonus! read more

I order the Mediterranean veggie platter from there frequently. I've never been inside the restaurant but they always deliver my food super speedy and it always tastes fresh and the amount of food they give you for the price is a great deal. Yep, i'm a fan. read more

This review is for take-out. I ordered the carrot cake, a monte cristo, and green tea. The food: fresh, flavorful, the sandwich was still warm, the tea and cake still chilled. Delivery: WAY fast and friendly, the packaging stayed closed so nothing spilled or slopped. To wit: 4 stars. I will definitely order from here again and stop by for dining in if I am ever in the neighborhood. read more

Love the Red Sox sandwich. Great prices and friendly service.

I love this place! This was my first time eating here but I know it is one of my new favorite places to eat! I got a small pepperoni and cheese calzone and it was huge! Very fresh and hot because they make it when you order. I can't wait to go back and try some of the other things on the menu, especially the grilled paninis! read more

Lunch while I was working in the area today. Very friendly people. LOTS of vegetarian options. Falafel wrap was pretty good.

We use Cafe Anthony to order lunch for our company, and I am very happy with them. Their salads are filled with the yummy (and expensive) ingredients and not just tons of lettuce. Everyone loved their meal today, and it was delivered in a timely manner. Our team loves Cafe Anthony! read more

This place is absolutely horrible. 1. Customer service was complete trash... the woman I spoke to was rude and illiterate. 2. The delivery took over and hour for two steak and cheese. 3. The food was cold and it's only 3.7 miles from my apartment. 4. There was no cheese on the steak and CHEESE. If I wanted to pay $27 for a steak and bread I would have just made it myself. read more

Decent subs, never tried their pizza but it seems the typical Boston Greek style. Steak and cheese is good, but not award winning (best S&C in the area can be found at Angelina's in Teele Sq, Somerville). I usually hit this place up on Saturday lunch hour and the woman who works there is very pleasant. Check it out if you need a grinder in a pinch, but not exactly a destination subbie. read more

Food was really good. The grape leaves are delicious and come in a huge portion. Delivery was quick. I will definitely order from here again. read more

Typically if you want a good experience in this place I have to say that you have to eat there. Anytime you get delivery from anywhere the food is not as good and I see a lot of Yelpers complain about that. I generally eat there once a week and my go to are steak and cheese , chicken caesar wrap or salad, or the pizza. Wherever they get that pita bread it has to be the best in the area. I've had plenty of steak and cheese subs around here and they have the best. And one other thing they have never gotten my order wrong and I've been eating in there for 3 years. read more

Had one of their prosciutto and mozzarella options. Really good stuff- comparable with or better than the best late-night options. Real bread, high quality ingredients. The owner is sweet, too. Would love to go back to try the coffee. read more

Delirious egg N cheese on a brioche light as a cloud! Finally a cool local place for bfast.

I absolutely love this place, I'm addicted to both their falafel wrap and their Gyro wrap. I will admit part of my obsession is the convenience and it's not food to die for, but it's great for the price and a good place to grab some food if you are in the area. read more

it is good pizza . i can say best pizza in Massachusetts and it is very rare to find good pizza in Cambridge .so they deserve 5 stars.

Wide variety of chicken wraps. The wraps are big, you could eat half for lunch and save the other half for the next day. You can eat the whole thing and only need a light dinner. Not bad for $7-$8. read more

This place had amazing service and the sandwiches we ordered were very good. The person that rated this one star is crazy. I had a cold tuna sandwich on sour dough and my roommate had the Harvard. read more

I ordered breakfast through Foodler at 9:55AM. Around 11:45 AM the delivery driver arrived. Looking at the other reviews this seems pretty common. The food itself was average. I got blueberry pancakes, a meat omelet, and a pastrami sub. The pancakes were big but pretty flavorless. The omelet was decent, it had a generous amount of meat inside. The pastrami sub wasn't a sub but actually a wrap. Flavors were pretty good nonetheless. I wouldn't recommend this place for delivery. If you're close by and eating inside or taking out it might be an ok spot for a quick bite but I'd say it's pretty average place with below average delivery. read more

I'v definitely experienced better. This is (was) my go to place but the last food I ordered was soggy, and slightly cold. It was definitely frozen and then reheated like one of those microwave dinners you get from Costco. read more

Great rollups and subs (all fresh ingredients) but they lose a star because they get my order wrong too often. You save a couple dollars here vs large chain sub shops. Definitely worth going here, just double check your order to make sure they get it right. read more

Ordered delivery a couple times. I can't tell you how the food or coffee is, because both times it took over 2 hours to arrive and was cold by the time I received it. Cold omelette? No thanks. The second time this happened I contacted the restaurant to ask for a refund. I was told that I would only receive a refund if I was willing to wait for the owner to drive to my house and pick up the cold, half-eaten food. I talked to multiple staff members. They gave me lots of excuses and attitude but never a refund or an apology. I will not go back. read more

This is an amazing little neighborhood restaurant that has provided great food for a long time, even with a management change. The staff is beyond courteous and delivery is quick. I have frequently enjoyed their pizza and always ask for extra of their tasty sauce. They pile on the cheese and toppings. Their subs are also great. The bread is fresh and they are packed full. The Italian is awesome only surpassed by their always fresh chicken salad. Their fried chicken is freshly made pcs of lightly coated chicken. Their ravioli loaded with their sauce and antipasto salad are also favorites. Order with no fear. read more
