Celebrated my mother's birthday today by taking her here. We will not be back. First, my husband got the Fisherman's scramble and has been sick all day since we left the restaurant. My daughter had stomach cramps during brunch and had to leave. My other daughter couldn't finish her meal because it was undercooked with the eggs being runny but ordered over hard . The waitress was nice but would come out of nowhere and take plates. The bacon was overcooked and hard. The cantaloupe was flavorless and hard. Potatoes were extra soft or extremely crunchy. My husband was still eating when the waitress took his plate without asking. In hindsight, she did him a favor but at the time, we were surprised because he wasn't asked if he was done. It was Sunday brunch and most of us got breakfast. The potatoes were odd. Probably frozen previously. The bacon was salty. The breakfast was comparable to a hotel style buffet breakfast. Low quality food. My eggs were cooked correct but obviously sat under a warmer. My daughters were ordered like mine but not cooked to request so she did not eat them. My other daughter had stomach cramps during breakfast. 2/5 were sick the rest of the day. The Shirley temple was weird and diet coke is what it is. The mimosa was weak. We did get a window seat, which was nice. Our experience has been consistently inconsistent over many years. There are so many nice and newer restaurants nearby and in hindsight I should have reserved with them. However, Anthony's has had a great reputation so we went there but will no longer as there are so many restaurants to go to and this restaurant is inconsistent. Consistency is key and many restaurants in the same area repeatedly hit the mark. This will no longer be our go to. read more

What a disappointing lunch. My daughter is visiting from Tennessee, for a treat we took her Uncle to lunch at Anthony's in Everett. Wanted to celebrate with a glass of prosecco, they don't have it on their menu. It's one of the most popular drinks around and they don't carry it? The bread and butter to start, the bread and butter, the bread, usually a lovely way to start was burnt, the crust so dark we couldn't eat it. My daughter and I had the almond chicken salad. Terrible! Totally flavorless dressing, couldn't find the chicken, no crispy noodles, a total disappointment. My brother had the silver salmon, it looked well prepared, definitely luncheon size, he enjoyed it. He had a coke to drink, needed a refill, charged for 1 refill, really? I couldn't believe the bill with 2 charges for a coke. My brother had the fruit shortcake for dessert, 1 blackberry, joke, 2 raspberries and a dozen blueberries, the shortcake cold and dry, terrible, the 'chantilly cream' passable. The service was minimal. I was still eating and the server came and whisked away my daughter and brother's plates, like hurry up and get out, only half the tables were filled. Used to be a lovely place to dine, always count on good service, and a nice meal. What has happened? Don't know but I'm looking for another restaurant when we want to celebrate a special luncheon. read more

We eat at Anthony's Home Port, Everett, at least once per month. Every single time we have eaten there, we have excellent service, exceptional food and enjoy the views so much. First time at Anthony's! I have been on the search for a good seafood place. Not only was it delicious but the view is outstanding. Their service was quick and professional. I had the garlic crab. Although their is a lot of effort that goes into it, it was absolutely delicious. The muscles were very good as well. I had the Caesar salad and was expecting a little more given the atmosphere of the restaurant. Not my favorite. I'd suggest more romaine leaf then the ends of the romaine & an anchovy dressing. The 3 times I've been here I have NOT been disappointed with anything I was served. Ambience is lovely, especially if you have dinner around sunset, such a good vibe. Took my family for our 17year anniversary, got there 20 minutes before our reservation and only had to wait about 5 minutes before being seated. Our server was great! Attentive but not overbearing, didn't feel rushed. The food was top notch! Started with the stuffed mushrooms and a dozen oysters, the mushrooms were delicious I could make a meal off those alone the oysters were local and awesome. For the main dish we all had steak and lobster, the wife and I had the ribeye and my son had the top sirloin all were cooked to perfection (medium rare), and the lobster was amazing . Another home run for lunch today. My husband had made an online reservation but he miscalculated the timing so we arrived nearly an hour early. They graciously made adjustments and we were seared at a lively window table within five minutes. I ordered glass of wine & my husband had a beer. We each had a cup of clam chowder, while taking in the view. I chose the Salmon Bowl,which was delicious, and my husband ordered the Cod fish & chips. Our server was delightful and the food all came out promptly. No one was eating outside (it was a touch cool and there was still an air quality alert due to wildfires). Waited 2 hours and ten minutes and still had not received an appetizer that was suppose to be on the house because we waited 30 minutes for water and had to retrieve our own lemon from the bar. Perfect ambience when I am paying 85$ for one dinner plus apps and drinks and it was dinner for two, that is a good amount of money and I expect to be served something when I have been seated for two hours. I came to eat brunch on Sundays to celebrate my friend's birthday. You will need a reservation and wear the mask when you enter the restaurant. All the tables in the restaurant have a wonderful views and I saw several people coming to eat alone. That is a very good impression. We were 13 people in total and each person ordered their favorite brunch menu. I ordered Traditional Eggs Benedict and coffee. Others ordered Anthony's Cobb Salad, San Juan Scramble, Homeport Breakfast Bowl, Wild Alaska Salmon and Brunch Happy Hour drinks. Most of the menus were around $15. Anthony's brunch includes their warm homemade blueberry coffee cake. I had it with coffee and both were delicious. Traditional Eggs Benedict has almost no taste, so I added salt and pepper...rather than salty meal. The woman who served us was very nice and took good care of us. We've had chowder in San Francisco, Monterey and half moon bay. This chowder outshine the Bay Area chowders! We also got the artichoke dip, I couldn't stop eating it! It's been a while since i visited Anthony's.. But Today seemed like it was a tough day at Anthony's I blame ownership/management as I think they need more staff at this place. Everything took forever because each server had way too many tables to take care of. I waited 35 minutes for my drink to come. It came after my food arrived.. Then I waited 20 minutes for a water refill... then another 20 minutes after we were done - for the bill to arrive. The poor waitress was overwhelmed and you could tell. The dishes were all $5-6 higher than you might reasonably expect for similar competitive fare. The standout is obviously the ambiance. To celebrate my birthday, we went to Anthony's HomePort in Everett. Our reservation was for 5:15. What a fantastic surprise to find out they have a special during the week until 5:30! For $33.00 I got a 3 course dinner! I started with cilantro poached prawns, yum! My main course was a perfectly cooked sirloin steak with roasted potatoes and vegetables. I was so full but still had a chocolate mousse to enjoy. In addition to the mousse, our server brought a celebratory cake for the table to share. Nice touch! Price is high, but because of the view I will allowed. Quality of the food is good service is always excellent except my hope is that restaurant stop forcing us to give tip for taxes anymore. Anthony's HomePort provides the perfect ambience for a scenic dinner on the water. Our waiter was very polite and made recommendations from the menu and offered alternatives. Instead of getting the Seafood Linguini, I was able to alter it to shrimp Linguini. The appetizer crab dip came out piping hot with a side of sourdough bread. We were offered additional bread as well. The main course came out very presentable and we were offered freshly ground pepper. The waiter asks to box our food to go. It was nice because he boxed the food in front of us. We were offered the dessert menu, but we're too full to get dessert. However, the presentation of desserts for the nearby tables was wonderful. After dinner, if the weather is right, access to the port is easy and provides a scenic walk. read more
