This a family-friendly environment. Clean and the food is awesome. The pizza is consistently good, salads are great and appetizers are affordable read more

Just picked up a large pie with mushrooms. Not impressed. Not enough sauce on pie. Vinnie is right across the street and I should have gone there. If you know and like good pizza don't go here. read more

Delish pizza. Best in Wayne, by far.

I moved to New Jersey from the Bronx 3 years ago and all the pizza I tried all over Jersey just wasn't good everyone says it's the water but who knows. But Anthony Franco's was awesome best pizza I've had here in 3 years nice thin crust not the dry thick burnt crust I've gotten so much. Love it read more

This is my go to place for my family (deliveries, take out, even private parties) We've even order a few times at work. Today my coworkers and I were in the mood for their amazing Cobb salad. When I called whoever answered the phone goes "oh we don't deliver to your work." I explained that we've ordered a few times from there. Then he goes "well we normally don't, it's 5 miles away" then keeps throwing excuses out "well it's going to be over an hour" "I can't find the address" like first of all we were in Pompton Lakes! There's parts of Wayne that are over 5 miles always from the place!!! They could have kindly said I'm sorry we don't have have someone today that can deliver there or sorry we don't deliver there anymore. Don't lie when we've ordered there before and come out with every excuse. I ended the call by "you know if it's such a problem then just forget it" Very horrible customer services skills. read more

This place is mediocre at best. I was really turned off at how bright this place was inside, thought I was walking into a gym or a food court in the mall. The service was great, friendly staff. However I do not think I will be returning, not even close to authentic Italian food. read more

I've eaten here twice now - once at the restaurant and once delivered. Had pizza there- was pretty good. The place is all brand new with high ceilings and tv's. Had chicken parm sandwich and pasta delivered which were both really good. Also the delivery came in under a half hour. read more

Attended a celebration dinner last night at Anthony Franco's. There were 10 of us. We placed our order which included 2 appetizers (salad and calamari). They came out about 20 minutes later, not too bad. Then about 30 minutes later ONE pasta dish comes out.......just one, no other food follows for another 30 minutes. Most of the other orders were pasta or chicken dishes, the others were 2 slices of pizza and a salad. After the ONE pasta dish came out no one told us anything.....waitress replaced empty bread baskets and otherwise avoided our table. She finally came over almost 30 minutes later and told us it was very busy and the kitchen was backed up and our food should be out shortly. That is almost an hour and a half to get our food. I looked around the place and there were 2 tables of two and 1 table of four. All were eating but 1 table of two. All these people came in after us???? Well the food started to trickle out a couple dinners at a time. The last to be served were the 2 slices of pizza and a chicken parm sandwich that turned into a dinner somehow. The last item to be served was a salad.....really. By this time the ONE person got their pasta dish was done. The owner/manager?? did apologize after the fact and remove the soda charges from the bill but the night was already ruined. Something happened to our order that no one wanted to own up too. Not a good way to run a business. Won't be back. read more

If you need a place to go for a party, this is it!! We had a party in the back room for my family and I couldn't have asked for a better venue for a family get-together. The food was great and they were very accommodating. There wasn't anything that we asked for that they did not provide. Our waitress Alex was super and made sure we always had enough food, drinks, etc. Thank you Alex for helping to make our party a great success and thank you Anthony Franco's for providing a great space. Already planning our family Christmas party. read more

Love the pizza slices. The pasta dishes were way over cooked. Dinner for 3 took 45 min. Seems like a big party for staff instead of a job. Where's the management? I would fire the chef... How can u serve overcooked pasta! Once again... I love the pizza slices. read more

STAY AWAY ! HORRIBLE: The service for this place is terrible. I ordered a sandwich and garlic knots. A simple order yet, the amazing staff at anthony francos had to mess it up. Not only did they mess it up, it took them a hour and a half to get to me. NOW get this, they gave me a sandwich with no bread! I called back and the owner was being really disrespectful! As if he didnt care and as if i needed him. A business needs customers, not the other way around! He told be that they are all out of bread. Little did he know that 3 of my friends work there and i asked them if there was bread and they said yes ! Now he was lying just to dismiss me! He offered me credit. WHY would i want credit for a place that im going to never use again? Then he tells me to go someplace else?! Im a paying customer who has done nothing wrong. I ordered food from you and am PAYING you though you seem to not care. STAY AWAY read more

Not a fan. I got a plain slice and a penne slice, both really bland. 0 Flavor. The chicken slices turned me off because the chicken looked fake and unappetizing. Glad i tried it but i'm definitely sticking with Neil's. read more

I got take out spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti had virtually no sauce on it and the meatballs were rock hard and awful! I don't think the entire entree had two tablespoons of sauce on it. At least the bread was good. Since it was take out I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and then didn't feel like driving back in a rainstorm. So $11 worth of food went in the garbage. We will NEVER go back. read more

Their pizza is a 10. It is just the kind of pie I like. However their entrees are average. There are better pizza parlors for hot foods in Wayne but their pizza is number 1 for me. Just get a classic cheese pie. You wont be disapppointed. read more

I went in to grab a slice while doing my laundry next door. I got a plain slice and it tasted bland as if it was missing something in the sauce and crust. They had like 5 girls behind the register on a slow night and they all looked at me as if they've never seen a customer. I haven't been back since but i would try them again but definitely staying away from the pizza read more

This place stinks. Pizza tastes like cardboard. When they first opened a few years back they were good, but after about a year they changed. Its my guess they started using cheaper ingredients once they had everyone roped in. Now what you have is typical crappy cardboard tasting NJ pizza. It won't be long before its empty. YEECH!! Stay away!! read more

I've been there several times since it opened. I've believe I've given it a fair shot but I won't be going back. The pizza has a very bland flavor plus the size of the slices is small. Plain cheese pie is pricey. Not impressed. I've had their soups too. No flavor. read more

pasta fagioli watery and lacked richness of flavor . Ravioli undercooked served in what seemed to be a bottled sauce. tortellini soup lacked seasoning , broccoli and cavetelli almost inedible, calzone was good. So maybe you just have to stick to pizza when you come here read more

Had eggplant rollanti which they highly recommended.. It was ok but worst part made me sick .. I rarely get any negative side effects from food. Their pizza is decent definitely would stick to that . read more

Have been ordering from them since they opened a couple years ago. Pizza taste had fallen off and the pizza size has been getting smaller almost a medium size. Plus price has increased too consistent. Will not go back there is a lot better options in the area. read more

Just tried this new pizzeria Anthony Franco's Pizza and was utterly shocked of how terrible the food was. The salad was drenched in oil and vinegar and the lettuce was yellow and soggy. The calzone dough was not cooked and I had to recook it in my own oven and it was still not edible - not sure what all the fuss is all about - but I will stick with what I know in Wayne - and it will not be Anthony Francos. Maybe I will try again later but next time on someone else's dime. read more

Check your credit card charges. They are committing fraud by overwriting the Tip amount (on the merchant's copy) of your credit card receipt. When I called them up, they gave me BS that they cannot find the transaction in their system. They are now flagged with my credit card company and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. My friends and I will not be eating in this place again. Stay away from this place. You have been warned. read more

Before I talk about the food I just gotta give a big ole shout out to the woman who helped me tonight stef! That girl was the BOMB DIGGITY and we will definitly be back because of her. I called to find out if there was a wait and stef answered after just one ring. I had a few questions about food since I can't eat gluten and she happily answered all of them. After we found out they didn't deliver to our side of ptown we decided to come in to eat. She hung up saying that she looked forward too seeing us soon and with that we were just so excited to come down there. There's plenty of parking in te lot so finding a spot was no thing. The inside is pretty big and clean. There's this beautiful painting of heaven on the ceiling. That was so cool! We sat ourselves at the first open booth we saw and shortly after our waitress came over wit menus and forks and knives. After I mentioned that I was gluten free she said are you the woman I spoke to on te phone before?! Lucky for us it was the same girl we spoke to in the phone stef and she was our waitress too! Even tho it was only a short amount of time since we spoke on the phone I still felt really special that stef remembered me and our conversation. She was just as sweet in person and remembered everything I told her. I had the gluten free pie and hubby had some slices. Stef told him her favorites were the cheesesteak and eggplant rollatini so he got those and a chicken franchese slice. Everything came out quick and hot. My gluten free pizza was the best I've ever had and was huuuuge omg! I took half home for lunch tomorrow and I can't wait. Hubby said the eggplant slice was so good he thought he could eat a hole pie by hisself. Everything was great from the first phone call right until we walked out the door! I made an account here with Yelp just so I could right this review (I saw the little sign on the counter and couldn't resist the urge to talk about what a great experience we had!) this is def our new fave spot for date night. Thank you to the hole crew of Anthony Franco's from the cooks who made our yummy pizzas to stef who was te bomb dot com! We will definitly be back and will be sure to tell all our friends to come to! You guys rocked! read more

Our high school host many events during a year where we cater the food from Anthony Franco. For last four years during our Robotics event held during month of January each year. 24 to 30 NJ based high school teams compete for a whole day event. During the event we order between 70 to 90 large pizza pie and other food items. Each year AF is able to deliver all the pie's we order at once using their oven equipped delivery van which keeps the pie at 200 degree temperature. while serving that many amount of people at once we are able to serve hot fresh pizza. Each year we get great compliments from visiting teams and everyone enjoys the pizza. Anthony Franco always deliver what they promise in timely manor. Also their pizza and other food is always fresh enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for serving us for last four years. Because of your efficient services and great food hosting and serving the lunch during the event becomes one less thing we worry about. read more
