The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable. They have handled several repairs for us over the years, and the quality of their work has always been outstanding. I especially appreciate that they are straightforward about what needs to be repaired and communicate clearly throughout the process. One of the biggest reasons I continue coming back is their reliability. When they give me an estimated completion time, the device is always ready when promised, and the repairs are done properly. It is difficult to find a business that provides this level of consistent service, and they have definitely earned my trust over the years. I highly recommend iPhone Hut to anyone looking for reliable and professional iPhone or iPad repairs in Fremont. Excellent service every time. Thank you Raj & Sok & all staff!

When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

Felt like they simply did not want to do their job. I came in to buy full price for a phone, i was told it was in stock but if i wanted to buy it flat out why wouldnt I go to best buy or apple store to save myself money because of XYZ. I was told they carried unlocked iphone 16 pros. That was a lie! I called the next closet tmobile and they were out of stock and so was the nearest apple store. So I made my way back, only for her to come out laughing saying they no longer had the iphone 16 pro in stock either. I was there not 15mins prior when she said they had several of the sand color available. She either did not check when she told me that, or just simply did not want to do her job. The whole time she chuckled while telling me I should just wait for the 17. Wasting over an hour of my time. Gave me misinformation time after time.

I have been a T-mobile customer for 10+ years and pay the company over $200/month on a plan that…read moreincludes voice lines, data, watch etc. I was misled to believe that if I cancel a voice line that I no longer need, that my monthly bill would drop in total amount by the cost of that line. I confirmed twice, both at this store and calling the call center, that indeed cancelling a line would drop the total bill. The moment I cancelled my $35/month line, my monthly service package cost went up from $120 to $150/month. Basically, this is a scam. They lead you to believe that cancelling a line would save you money, and when I did so they completely increased the price of the package to $150/month. No wonder T-mobile has been getting a lot of heat recently for how they mislead customers.... good luck trying to grow revenue at all costs!

I have had repeated great service and attention from the folks here. And for that reason, I have returned here, when my contract with them ended. I think that the reason for the nasty reviews has to do with the fact that they are so busy all the time, especially on the weekends as the agents there do not get a break with folks always coming in by the masses. I'm not kidding. It takes literally an average of 15 minutes for one of them to be done with a client and for your turn. I have no problems with that. Haven't had it on the many occasions that I have been there in the past several years. Excellent service, especially if you speak in either Cantonese or Mandarin. Luckily, I do. We were greeted by smiling faces, good mornings, how are you. Worked for me, the Duchess on the other hand was in a panic, so Rafaela, sat us down and began to look over the issue. While looking over things, she was soon joined by her manager, Samhhriddi. The text was a spam, so all was right with world. Be wary, there are tons of ATT spam texts. We ended up dropping Verizon and bundling with ATT as they gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, plus we've had an account with ATT for 24 years and it just made since and saved some $'s. Replaced our Verizon cells, and I like my new cell better with its larger screen. The ladies were supremely patient with the duchess who had a yard long list of questions. UNBELIEVABLE! Was it…read morethe new iphone release, or just the usual long wait at the AT&T store. IDK, but the manager greeting at the door had SERIOUS attitude towards me. Was he power tripping? Not sure, but he was very cold. So after the 60 minute wait, I meet with a rep, who asks for me ID. After running out to the car for my wallet, I saw the rep was already talking to another customer. That boss at the door told me I was back in the queue. Only 30 minutes later did I realize he put me at the very end of the line. Really? Really?? I would have to wait in the queue twice because I left the store for my ID and came back? What is this, monty python? When an elderly guy came in, the boss became so nice and immediately helped him fix the problems, and sent them on their way. That was cool. So he totally had discretion over "policy". But he chose to beat me over the head with the rules. Unreasonable. And rude. I've bought phones here before, with no problems. I guess just toe the line. Or maybe hope that the "don't give a hoot crew" isn't on duty that day. Or skip this location all together.

I previously ordered an Iphone 18, hoping to pick it up easily. I came to pick up my order at this…read morelocation, as I was directed to do so in my email. When I arrived, they told me that the order was not there because the order said that the address was 222 and their address was 223. This location clearly has the starting numbers of 222. They then proceeded to take about an hour arguing and trying to figure it out. This could have been resolved quickly if they called the actual Verizon. The store manager was being rude about it and made it a bigger problem which included more staff members. They ended up giving the phone after around two hours. However, the story did not end there. Two days after this incident, we recieved a call from this location. They called us and claimed that the phone given to us was a "demo" phone. They claimed that this phone was meant to be only showcased on the wall for people to see when they arrive. The day after I recieved the call about receiving a so called- "demo phone," I drove all the way back to the store to trade the phone. As I arrived, they brought out the "new phone" and attempted to give me a phone that clearly has been used. The phone they tried to give me was dirty which was super upsetting. At this point, I had to argue heavily for them to give back my "demo" phone. This phone that they claimed was a demo phone turned out to be a new phone, eligible for purchase. As I was dealing with these employees, I called Verizon Support to report the situation. Verizon Support proceeded to ask why the manager and worker at this location were doing this. The Verizon Support actually yelled at them saying that they are not allowed to do what they were doing. The manager I have been dealing with went completely silent when dealing with Verizon Support and started stuttering when confronted with the truth. I did eventually argue for the phone back which they took back into the storage unit which still contained my information. I however demanded for my phone back and left this store. I can confidently say that this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I reported it to Verizon, and double checked to confirm that the phone I have is legit. These workers were trying to scam their customers. Their "way to make commission" was an attempt to cancel the online order by claiming that the phone I have recieved was a demo. To be honest I will never go back to this store after that experience. The manager and workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. In addition, they lied straight to my face. If I could, I would rate this 0 stars but that is not possible. I hope this helps those that were planning to head to this location. This is not an official Verizon store but a retailer called Victra. On the bright side, I'm happy to say that this incident was reported to the higher ups of Verizon.
