I called to inquire about this pest control company on 7/29 and spoke with Dan. He was able to come…read moreout the very next day to service my house, which I really appreciated. I'm very impressed with the quality of Dan's work. He took his time and never rushed through the job, making sure everything was done thoroughly. He even took the time to dust off my front porch light, which was covered in cobwebs--something I wasn't expect but really appreciated. For the initial service, Dan removed all the cobwebs around my house and fence, sprayed around the house, grass, fence, and eaves, and treated a wasp nest. The entire service took about an hour, and he was thorough from start to finish. Dan was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire service, and it was clear that he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about doing a great job. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and attention to detail Dan provides. It was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Dan and this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and thorough pest control service.

If you have the chance to get them to come out to do the job, stop researching all the other options out there because trust me, they will do the job as good as anyone can do it, but also bring professionalism, integrity, compassion and a real human understanding. I was losing sleep every night because there was rummaging and scraping taking place on the roof above my bed. I suspected it was either birds or squirrels and had tried checking everything myself but couldn't find anything. I called around to some places to describe the issue I was having and at least one person referred me to Thomas Wildlife Control. I called up and managed to luck out by securing an appointment the following day. Brandon showed up on time ready to go to work and was very personable. He walked me through the process he would take and was very transparent with me including setting expectations so there wasn't any guess work involved. Cutting to the chase, he not only managed to find what was going on and causing it, but took the time to show me and explained how important it was to catch the culprit then because of all the other damage that could be done if it wasn't caught. Then he managed to provide a very reasonable solution to take care of the problem and did excellent, clean work. Brandon was like the more professional Doctor Doolittle / animal whisperer and made the whole experience feel easy and a great value. Now I'm sleeping peacefully and feel reassured that the problem was resolved. It's rare to feel like you really get what you paid for these days and I not only feel this way, but like I got the gold standard of work done. You won't regret hiring this company if you're lucky enough to get them on the books. Honest, reasonable, personable, reassuring, hard working and easy going... what more could you want? Thanks so much again guys.

My oldest did all the research and communications with several wildlife control companies-, however, this company was the one for us. I appreciate the detailed estimate and the photos to show exactly the identified problems and how and what was to be remedied. Exclusion is expensive but it is only a one time cost that really needed to be done. My son kept me in the loop from the first appt. to the written estimate. Probably the worst possible pest control company in the greater Sacramento area. I've been having…read morethem come out to my house for over 12 months now and the pest problems have only increased in severity. If you can avoid this company I would with all costs. On Sunday around 12:30 p.m., near Blue Oaks Boulevard by Habit Burger and the AMPM, I had one of…read moreRocklin Pest Control's employees driving extremely close behind my vehicle--so close that I couldn't even see his headlights in my rearview mirror. When I pulled into the AMPM parking lot, I was making a right turn into a parking space. I did swing a little wide, and I did not use my turn signal. While I acknowledge that mistake, it did not justify what happened next. The employee pulled in behind my vehicle, rolled down his window, and began verbally assaulting me. I told him he should have stopped tailgating me. In response, he made comments about sexually assaulting me, called me a dumb b****, and used several other vulgar insults. So even if I made the mistake of not using my turn signal, this employee felt comfortable enough to verbally assault a woman while driving a company vehicle. That behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. I called the company today to speak with a manager. The receptionist explained that he was in a meeting, which I understood. I called back later after the meeting had ended, but by then he had already left for an inspection. What disappointed me most was that I never even received a phone call acknowledging my complaint or attempting to schedule a time to discuss such a serious incident. I did finally get a call back. The manager said he will talk to him but I hope they do more than just talk to him. He should be let go. He threatened to sexually assault me.... They should be very concerned they have a man who is working for them with this short of fuse over a blinker that goes to people's homes... he was willing to do this in a very public setting. Who knows what would have happened in it wasn't so public. I was worried for my safety. So I'm concerned also for the potential safety of customers especially
