In June, 2025, Gage did a great job finding and plugging up all of the openings around the house. Two days later, the traps had caught two huge rats under the house and another big one in the attic. He came and removed them. We have had no more rats (hooray!), but three months later, we found two tiny mice in the traps under the house. I heard a noise in our attic so I called a local pest control for an evaluation. The pest control person verified I had rats in my attic because he saw rat tracks and droppings. Unfortunately he said he does not do sealing jobs unless it's something obvious he can see. So he referred me to another company that specializes in sealing holes in the attic/roof. I had an electrician come out to do some work and while they were here they told me that when they were in the attic they heard scurrying and said I had rats. I immediately got on yelp and searched for rodent proofing. I've already gone through three different companies in the past for rodent proofing. Besides my current pest control company, I decided to also contact two additional companies for an estimate. All three companies agreed that I did not actually have a rat problem, thank goodness. Gage was the only one of the three to find some areas that needed fixing, so I only ended up getting his quote. I'd rather be safe than sorry, so I decided to accept his quote.
