I was told the pest control would be using their own water, they do not. I have video footage of them using my water. I was told that they would only come out on the weekends and notify me before they come. They notified me through my email and came the next day, which is fine if I checked my email so that's on me. I emailed them saying I want to cancel my service and they would not let me cancel over email. I have to call in to cancel my service, but when I called in, I was put on hold for five minutes until 5 o'clock and no one answered the phone. Have you decided to cancel because after two treatments I am still seeing pest around my yard front and back. But it's ridiculous to have to jump through so many hoops just to cancel my service. read more

The technician was great. He was very knowledgeable. ​ I was a little miffed with the salesperson . I did request a half hour call before and I did not receive that. The salesman did quote me a special price for the quarterly plan. The initial spray was quoted differently than what I had to pay . I wasn't told in advance I had to sign a year contract for the quarterly plan so I wasn't happy with that. But I was happy with the technician . As he is the one who will continue to service my address I'm okay with the plan but I would have liked all the information up front ​. read more

10 star experience with the Simple Pest Management team. We had an "uninvited" visitor in our pantry who helped him or herself to my favorite Thai tea leaves, and strange looking bugs in our garage. I panicked and immediately launched the Yelp app to get some help. I read a few reviews and decided to work with Simple Pest and I'm so glad I did. I requested a quote via Yelp. Minutes later I received a text stating my case had been assigned to Vanessa. I then received a call minutes later from Vanessa. I explained our issue, Vanessa was very friendly, informative and advised they could manage our problems. We received an appointment within 72 hours (I contacted late Friday; appointment Monday morning, yay!). Vanessa went over the services, cost, and we were all set. Lastly Vanessa told me our technician John, would be in touch on the day of service. John texted before the appointment window which helped me plan my morning. John was very personable, asked a couple questions, provided education and he got to work. I accidentally double booked myself but John quickly offered a solution so our home could be serviced and I keep my appointment. Ben was our pest control specialist for our first visit. We recently just moved to the Arden area and moved into an older house that has been vacant since 2020. It goes without saying that work is likely to be needed with elder houses. Ben was prompt to our scheduled time, sprayed for the pests we had of concern and was efficient and professional. We had our services about a week ago and they sprayed for spiders, moths, and cockroaches. To date we have seen no spiders, have found dead cockroaches around the house and are still hunting down moths grrr.
