They did a great job and completed the requested pest control. Thankfully, we didn't have critters in the attic! It was our dehumidifier system... The price was reasonable and they have visited our property three times now to guard against unwanted pests. read more

If you need pest control, go with Brilliant Pest Control Solutions. Full stop. I especially had a great experience with Lisa. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable from the start. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and never once tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and know what they're doing. Great experience all around. read more

We were beginning to have a gnarly wasp issue. We had two rather large paper wasp nests blooming, one right outside our backyard patio and another on the 2nd story that required a ladder to address. Dustin at Brilliant Pest Solutions came by and handled both fearlessly. He even climbed to the second story and got right underneath the nest to neutralize the situation. I watched in awe haha. Dustin was incredibly friendly and professional, even took some time to show my son the honeycomb structure and larvae of the paper wasp nests. I've never called pest solutions before but am very happy to have done so. Looking forward to working with Dustin and Brilliant Pest Solutions for the long-term. read more

I've been using this company for a couple years now. They're always good about letting you know when a technician will be coming over. Last time, Alex knocked on my door and I happened to be home. He was polite and professional. Never had any issues. I wanted to say thank you to the owner for giving me some good pest control advice for another situation. He called me back after doing some research, which I'm so grateful. I appreciate the time he took to help me out. Anytime I call, his wife gives me the answers I need or calls me back right away. Wonderful family owned business. read more

Once again, I don't recall the tech who came out today, but he was awesome! Cleaned spider webs and sprayed for everything. My yard is in transition and a mess but he took the time to make sure my yard and house were going to be spider and bug free. Also, prepped for the little critters that chew up everything (Rats/mice). I can't say enough. Thank you for taking care of us. The tech was the star today!! read more

Had concerns about rats in our attic and Dave came out. Checked the attic and reassured me that there were no rats but instead likely lizards. Was very informative and gave me options regarding other services without trying to push me into a corner. read more

I didn't end up hiring this business, but I reached out when I was at my wits end after dealing with an unresponsive pest control company. Connor was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. He went above and beyond just by listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and trying his best to help us. He even pulled up my house on Apple Maps to look at the roof and explain what he was seeing. Since they don't normally service Sacramento, he was initially going to recommend other companies that might be able to help. Instead, he reached out to his office manager to see if they could make an exception and come out themselves. I was honestly blown away. I was on the brink of tears, and Connor patiently listened to everything we had been dealing with. He took the time to explain what is normal in the industry, what isn't, and made me feel heard during a very stressful situation. Lisa, who I believe is the office manager, was also incredibly kind and responsive throughout the process. Even though we ultimately continued working with the original company because of the warranty, I will never forget the compassion and professionalism they showed us when they had no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and genuine care is so rare these days, and I'm truly grateful for the time and kindness they showed my family. Thank you again, Connor and Lisa. I hope your business continues to flourish, and I hope one day you expand your service area because I would not hesitate to call you in the future. read more

Evaluation of potential rodent activity in single family home. Overall, extremely appreciative of this small-family-business approach to pest control - the owner is super responsive and helpful in answering questions and arranging for a rapid-next-available appointment, the office/phone staff is helpful with logistics and answering questions, and the technician that came to our house was prompt, professional, called with an ETA, and was very effective at his job. Made some high level observations that helped us make sure our home was safe and OK, as well as made some recommendations about future treatment plans if we so desired. No hard sales, just offering their high-quality product and services. I would highly recommend this company and group for future pest control service needs without reservation. read more

Last night my cat alerted me to a big black clump on my high ceiling. Turns out the black clump was a yellowjacket wasp nest. My first thought was to burn the place down. After some logic and zero sleep I got online and started searching for pest control. A few came up but I wanted the one that opened first..I called brilliant and spoke to Connor (owner) he was so helpful and stated he would come look.. he was here within AN HOUR! He was so kind, professional and thorough. I hired him right on the spot to be my quarterly pest guy. He stated normally he has a team that comes out to spray but since he knew I needed it asap he made the house call himself. I will DEFINITELY recommend this company to any and everyone looking for a pest service. Thank you Conner for your fast and efficient service! 10 out of 10 stars also as a bonus I love that I am able to support a family ran small business. Thank you again! Kind people prompt service, and reasonable prices. I signed up for service every other month to keep on top of our pests. Update: many weeks later and we are finally flea free! Thank goodness. Those little buggers were relentless. Since signing up for the bi-monthly service, I've noticed a lot fewer black widow webs. And it may be my imagination, but I swear the mosquitoes aren't as bad. read more

Had a big wasp infestation on my 2nd floor roof and i had to find a pest control service asap. Connor was easy to talk/text too...explained to me what was covered with their services. Scheduled today and met David. He explained and answered all my questions. Sprayed the outside ...sprayed the inside of the house(mostly the garage, bathroom and kitchen area ...due to ants) . David was able to remove at least 5 hives . Money well spent. read more

This review is a bit late, but just wanted to say Brilliant Pest Solutions saved us! We had an ongoing rat infestation in our attic for years. We could hear them above us in almost every room in the house; they scurried around above our bed while we slept. We tried resolving it on our own multiple times, but eventually decided we needed to call a professional. Conner spent an entire day rat-proofing our attic and it WORKED - it's been almost a year now, and we haven't had a single rat sighting or sound. Brilliant Pest gave me back my sanity!! read more

We have had such a great experience with brilliant pest solutions. Conner, Lisa and their whole crew have been amazing to work with and go above and beyond for their customers. We bought a new house in Roseville & shopped around for pest control services. The reason we went with Brilliant Pest Solutions was their customer service right from the beginning. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to some big companies read more

Had a Yellow Jacket issue where they made a nest in my attic and they started making their way into my home. My own pest control company did not assist with wasps so I started shopping around for another company. I hired another and after coming out 4 times in the span of a month, nothing had changed with the yellow jackets. They were still there. That is when I fired them and called Brilliant Pest Solutions. They were able to fit me in right away, and the exterminator came out, put on a bee suit! and went on my roof and got close to the hive and sprayed. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He reached out to the owner to advise what had been done, and the owner knowing my dilemma actually came out himself, and went on my roof and resprayed just to make sure they were taken care of. They were completely gone the next day. The second company I went with when cancelling, told me no one could take care of the issue. Brilliant did. I decided to have them be our new pest control. Would highly recommend. read more

I saw increasing amount of ants in the house. First in the kitchen, but then they started to show up everywhere. I started a project on Yelp and Brilliant Pest Solution gave the best quote. All service provides seems to provide the same service and use similar products, so the quote and reviews reputations matter in the end. We pay monthly and get service over every month. The first service reduced the ants problem for few weeks, but then they started to show up again which was warned about for the beginning. They said they would come by as much as needed. I wrote quick note and they were over soon and did affected areas again. The ants have not returned. We have had few wasp nest show up and they came and took care of them, too - with no extra charge. This subscription works, very easy to set up and I don't have bugs problem anymore. The service has been nice and professional. They service very quickly and do not disturb the life at home with dogs and kids we have. read more

Such professional service from this company! We had a mess in our attic in a home we recently bought. They got it cleaned out and re-insulated and blocked all of the rodent entry points. They even offered to touch up the paint on our eaves where they had to do a repair. Positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Brilliant Pest Solutions. read more

I started hearing scratching and a gnawing sound inside of my walls. I suspected a mouse or rat. Brilliant came out the day after I called them. Conner went up into the attic and didn't find any evidence of rodent infestation. He then went to the area of the roof where I heard the sounds. He quickly diagnosed that rats were making or nesting under the tiles. He showed me pics of the area and clearly a nest appeared to be in progress. We discussed strategies and agree on one that considered my dogs who would be in the area of the treatment. Connor is professional, well-spoken and knows the pest control business. I never got any upsell or other dialog that suggested a more expensive choice. read more

Got a free inspection and got some really good info. Matthew came and got me a quote for Brilliant Pest Solution's services and gave me a run down of what it includes. Really knowledgeable and loved that he put on show covers to not attract in any outside debris with his shoes. Very respectable company! Matthew even took the time to show me how to set up mice traps. Was very stressed about some droppings that we were finding and Brilliant Pest Solutions was the quickest responding company when I sent out a mass yelp quote out. Price seemed very reasonable/affordable and the fact that they came out the next business day from me contacting them is a bonus!!! This stuff is stressful and for them to get someone out the next day is a giant peace of mind for us. Would highly recommend these guys! read more

I just had my first service appointment yesterday and boy was I impressed. First off, Alex introduced himself with a great smile and was very professional. We started using Brilliant Pest Solutions about a year ago, after we moved to the Sacramento area and had an infestation of ants. We have found them super responsive and professional! Matthew has completed the majority of our service appointments. While he doesn't have to check in with us, because Brilliant Pest messages us before they come, he does knock to let us know he's here and to ask if we have any particular requests or concerns before he starts the service. Lisa, in the office, has also been great. She's super friendly and helpful on the phone and responds quickly if you have to leave a message. Their price is comparable to others we called, but I doubt our service would be delivered by such a great team. Highly recommend them. read more

Connor assessed our problem thoroughly and felt that any treatment for these paper wasps would be wasted money given that a nest is not evident and we want to avoid killing other wildlife. I'm extremely impressed and grateful that he was willing to give his time and share his knowledge while not taking advantage by suggesting a treatment that would not solve the problem. Honest guy! read more

Connor from Brilliant Pest Solutions was great. He took my call immediately and listened to what we needed done. He came out quickly and got to work. He did a very thorough inspection of our property, prescribed a treatment solution to the issue we were having, and immediately got to work. He was extremely neat and professional with everything he did and was very practical with his recommendations. We're now on a bi-monthly service plan and one his employees came out to perform the most recent service. He was also great, professional, and was already briefed by Connor on what needed to be done. If you're in the Rocklin or Roseville area I can certainly recommend Brilliant Pest Solutions. read more
