I called to inquire about this pest control company on 7/29 and spoke with Dan. He was able to come…read moreout the very next day to service my house, which I really appreciated. I'm very impressed with the quality of Dan's work. He took his time and never rushed through the job, making sure everything was done thoroughly. He even took the time to dust off my front porch light, which was covered in cobwebs--something I wasn't expect but really appreciated. For the initial service, Dan removed all the cobwebs around my house and fence, sprayed around the house, grass, fence, and eaves, and treated a wasp nest. The entire service took about an hour, and he was thorough from start to finish. Dan was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire service, and it was clear that he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about doing a great job. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and attention to detail Dan provides. It was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Dan and this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and thorough pest control service.

On Sunday around 12:30 p.m., near Blue Oaks Boulevard by Habit Burger and the AMPM, I had one of…read moreRocklin Pest Control's employees driving extremely close behind my vehicle--so close that I couldn't even see his headlights in my rearview mirror. When I pulled into the AMPM parking lot, I was making a right turn into a parking space. I did swing a little wide, and I did not use my turn signal. While I acknowledge that mistake, it did not justify what happened next. The employee pulled in behind my vehicle, rolled down his window, and began verbally assaulting me. I told him he should have stopped tailgating me. In response, he made comments about sexually assaulting me, called me a dumb b****, and used several other vulgar insults. So even if I made the mistake of not using my turn signal, this employee felt comfortable enough to verbally assault a woman while driving a company vehicle. That behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company. I called the company today to speak with a manager. The receptionist explained that he was in a meeting, which I understood. I called back later after the meeting had ended, but by then he had already left for an inspection. What disappointed me most was that I never even received a phone call acknowledging my complaint or attempting to schedule a time to discuss such a serious incident. I did finally get a call back. The manager said he will talk to him but I hope they do more than just talk to him. He should be let go. He threatened to sexually assault me.... They should be very concerned they have a man who is working for them with this short of fuse over a blinker that goes to people's homes... he was willing to do this in a very public setting. Who knows what would have happened in it wasn't so public. I was worried for my safety. So I'm concerned also for the potential safety of customers especially

It turned out to be a HUGE Hornets nest, which Jeff described as "Glorious!" My thought was "Terrifying!" I can confidently give Jeff my highest recommendation. First and foremost, he is a man of ethics…read moreand integrity. If you've shopped around for any type of repairs or home services, you know that can be severely lacking! In the end, a man's integrity means more than anything else he has to offer. When I called Jeff to ask him for help with a rental property, where the tenant was reporting a severe infestation of black widow spiders, rather than happily take my money, he was skeptical about such an infestation at this particular time of year and suggested I might want to inquire further with my tenant. It turns out, she was bothered by the fact that she had spiders LAST SUMMER, but hadn't framed it that way when she reported it to me! Saved me from paying for a service call to address a problem that doesn't exist. On Jeff's recommendation, I will schedule him to go out in May to take preventive measures before it becomes a problem. Doing it now would be pointless! UPDATE: I called back during the summer to get the problem addressed while it actually existed. Jeff answered the phone (!) and scheduled the service immediately. He promptly took care of the issue and was professional and helpful throughout. And the price was RIGHT.
